Frustrated because the food didn’t even look good. All the veggies looked freezer burnt. They were out of everything. Didn’t even offer cool ranch chips. Only one girl was working during the most busiest part of the day. She was great and friendly but why was there not another employee. Higher ups really don’t give a crap about there customers or employees apparently. Never coming to this one again food wise, way better ones in three rivers or Kalamazoo; even mendon is better

The sub sandwiches, are always fresh including the veggies, and the mayo including everything else too. This restaurant is always clean every time we go here. Very professional employees. Looking for a sub to eat? Subway, is where it’s at. In all honesty, never a bad experience. It just takes a few minutes to have your Sub, made and you can go back home to eat simple as that!! ☺️

The inside of this subway is filthy dirty. I think eating in the parking lot next to the abandoned vehicle with the two damaged blown out tires near the front door would be more sanitary than sitting at a table. Notice the open sign is not even on at 1pm. They couldn’t print receipts for the cash register and only one worker with an attitude on duty. I’ll skip this Subway in the future and find a cleaner one to eat at. The health department should check this place out.

This subway is so much better now it’s under new management. Friendly and clean. The gentleman working super friendly and so efficient made sure the sandwiches looked great and full. Will definitely be back again.

This is the worse subway I’ve been to. They limit the meat so bad it’s not even a full serving. With the veggies they do the tinniest amount and we have to ask repeatedly for more veggies. Also they did not take our coupon when it says on the print that it’d accepted and not expired.

The ladies here were by far the best part of this location, they were very accommodating, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met. The lack of food supplies however made choices slim. Luckily, they did have everything we were hungry for. The steak and cheese protein bowl hit the spot perfectly and a great place to stop for lunch or dinner!

We stopped here because the toaster wasn’t working at the store in Three Rivers. Huge mistake. We asked if our coupons would work we were told they would. It was obvious one of the 2 employees was new. Thankfully he was not making our sandwiches. The newer employee came over to the counter ate one of the pieces of meat he had in his hands and placed the others back in the appropriate meat containers. Of course our coupons didn’t work. The more experienced employee did fix it for us. The couple we were traveling with wasn’t able to get their coupon fixed. Before we left the other couple went to the bathroom and said it was completely discusting. Toilet wouldn’t flush and trash was over flowing.

Waited 20 minutes for them to start my sub. The manager was in the back, then when she came up front she was on her cell phone. One lady was very good. The guy acted real non-chalant. I will not go back. Instead of being in the back the manager should have came up front and helped the other employees. Not fair to customers nor to the employees.

There was only 1 person working behind the counter and there began to be a long line…so.e of the people had only 30 minutes for lunch and wasn’t going to be able to wait their lunch period for a sandwich.
All of a Sudden another young Lady showed up with some special Beaner Coffee from down the street….she left on the Lunch hour period to get herself and her co-worker some coffee and snacks.
