You can order online and get the points, but they won’t start it until you show up. Even then you still have to wait your turn in line till they acknowledge you. Every time I’m told they got busy with online orders. The app says it’s done but 20 minutes later they still haven’t started.

I ordered extra black olives. 7 on my sub. There was almost no other ingredients either. I ordered the toasted sub, they had to have put this in the refrigerator. A few hairs in my sub.. not one, a few. Don’t use their site or app. Don’t go here, any other subway, not this one.

ordered a steak and cheese exactly the way its “supposed to be”. Picked it up and the sandwich is empty and the steak wasn’t even heated up enough to melt the cheese. I pulled up the website picture to see what its supposed to look like vs what I got.

I’ve been here multiple times in the last week because of being in the area and not many food options. I’m pretty sure I could make a sandwich backwards with one hand and still be faster than these people. They move at a glacier speed, otherwise food is typical Subway food.
