I couldn’t find my coupons so I decided to try this place out as I have never patronized this location. I walked in the door to find a lone sandwich artist running the entire place, and a poorly worded sign that looked like it was composed by a graduate of a Quality Learing Center plastered on the sneeze guard. I reluctantly ordered my Chicken Bacon Ranch and Cold Cut Combo and had to ask the sandwich artist to repeat herself every time because I don’t understand the dialects of Mumbai. We got to the toppings area and to my horror, everything was frozen except the brown lettuce and spinach. “Subway, Eat Fresh!” Shame on me for actually paying hard earned money for this garbage, but I guarantee you, it won’t happen again. Take note, Subway, if you don’t accept corporate coupons AS WRITTEN or don’t speak fluent Midwest English, then I reserve the right to spend my money elsewhere. I’d prefer a gas station egg salad sandwich over anything but a factory sealed bag of chips from this place.

This review is going to be very thorough so buckle up or skip to the end for a brief summary. My girl and I drove all the way home on our break from work (15mins) to get our subway coupons and headed to this location. We walked in and ordered a 6” Spicy Italian and a 6” rotisserie chicken. The coupons said the only thing it excluded was the garlic roast beef, wraps, and “the beast”. After she made our sandwiches she said she refused to take our coupons and that their location “didn’t participate” in taking coupons for anything but turkey, ham, salami, and pepperoni. Now I worked at Subway for 8 years. A spicy Italian is salami and pepperoni so why wouldn’t she take out coupon?? Well apparently because she was considering it the “Italiano”. But this isn’t even the real issue here. Even tho I was really frustrated by her BS excuse to not take our coupons we got outside and sat in the seating area and my girls sandwich was COVERED IN MOLD. I brought both of our sandwiches back inside and asked for a refund and she obliged however, she insisted that I still take and eat my sandwich (that was the same bread). I told her absolutely no thank you and that the whole cabinet of bread unfortunately should be thrown away. She was very shocked that I said that and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rest of the bread. Uhhhh girl, it’s being stored in a humid environment WITH ACTIVE MOLLDDDDD. So that being said. I’ve had good experiences here before even with this same lady but this was terrible and I certainly will never be back.
To summarize, they don’t accept subway coupons, and sold us moldy bread. While they did give us a refund they refused to dispose of the bread it was being stored with so go at your own risk.

If it was even possible to give this “establishment” zero stars, I would.
Where do we start? No corporate coupons and you have a sign that is a crime against the English language to relay that.
Reports of moldy bread, soggy gross vegetables among other things a foul eating area that likely would more easily qualify as a sheep pen than somewhere to eat food.
I would avoid this establishment at all costs. There are many fine eateries that serve actually delicious food and not recklessly prepared slop that could get you sick.
Not to mention their lack of hospitality is astonishing.
TLDR don’t eat here you are risking your health.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.
The health department needs to be investigating this subway location.
Slimy frozen vegetables, moldy bread, disgusting eating area. Staff is extremely rude and greedy and speak minimal English, barely enough to get the job done.
Refuse to accept coupons for their disgusting food. Save your money and health and choose another restaurant.

Heads- up Food quality hitting, an all time low. This subway near Moorebridge and Center doesn’t accept coupons. Food doesn’t taste fresh just very bland taste.

I didn’t know that the owner of the franchise got to choose what policies they would follow over the Company’s policy. The policy being, Here’s a coupon to use at one of my Subway’s. The manager saying, We Don’t Take Coupons at my franchise. My choice, Will be to Boycott this Subway for life ! ! !

Food was definitely old, and their portion sizes are awful. Smallest sub I’ve ever seen. Certainly NOT worth 10$

Ordered 6 inch Tuna sub. The sub had a very thin layer of Tuna. Also, no fountain drinks. All they had was a fridge full of Pepsi bottles. Was also surprised that I was in there at 10 AM and the person was just setting up. Noticed there was no smell of fresh bread like you normally smell in a subway.l, this makes me wonder how old the bread was

Wouldn’t take our coupons which in itself wouldn’t deserve a 1 star review, I understand that Subway is a franchise. But when I opened the wrapper to take a bite my entire sandwich was covered in mold, when I took it back and told them that they need to get rid of all of the bread in the container because it is now contaminated, they refused. I wouldn’t go unless you want to get sick.
