Well please don’t waste your time to go here. They’re NOT clean! one employee was coughing his lungs out before making my sandwich and didn’t wash his hands or anything. Then the manager started to make someone else sandwich and reached over my sandwich twice to get something. VERY Disgusting! They only use ONE pair of gloves. Touch everything in the store then come back with the same pair of gloves to make your sandwich…. PLEASE DONT GO THERE!

Never in my life have I touched a cup and lid as sticky as the ones they gave me. When the worker saw the ‘mysterious black sticky stuff” on the edge of the lid, she proceeded to wipe it on her uniform and deemed it clean. There were flakes of something all over the inside of cup. Next time just give your customer a new cup and lid, that was absolutely disgusting to watch. Not coming back

I eat subway regularly. First time I’ve been to this location and it’ll be the last. I was the only customer in the store. I got 2 footlongs and it literally took her 20 minutes to make my 2 footlongs. I’ve been to other locations with 5 customers in front of me and it didn’t take 20 minutes. I don’t think she could’ve worked any slower. 2 of the employees weren’t even helping the girl making sandwiches. They were just chit chatting while sitting in the booths. Management needs to step in and motivate these employees, but chances are, they’re just as motivated. This is not good customer service . If you’re passing through cause you saw the sign on the highway, take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the Stevensville location. You’re experience will be way better

If you are a person of any understanding at all do not ever go here. You will be lucky to leave in one piece. Employees are combative and no manager to controle them. They took our money but wouldn’t make us our food. I wonder why. Had to stop payment through our bank.
