Bad food, I found hair in my two foot-long subs. It was long and black.. it was absolutely disgusting whoever the manager is needs to worry about your employees wearing hairnets please. I also did not like how one employee was complaining that she was tired and wanted to go home. There was another girl working with her. I believe her name was Chloe she was extremely sweet. She was nice. I’d go back to Subway again because she was extremely sweet, but I don’t think I’ll ever be going back

Food is hit or miss. The lettuce is almost always sour tasting, and on a slow day the vegetables are all sour especially avacado and Lettuce. Service is usually pretty good, especially during the day.

I went in to get a sandwich today and the girl named off the different kinds of Breads and I couldn’t hear her and I said I need one that’s dairy-free and she said none of them are dairy free. All of the bread except for the one with cheese on it is dairy free. Educate your employees please not sure why she said all the bread in it but it doesn’t. Subway’s recipe doesn’t contain dairy. Also in case you didn’t know eggs are not dairy. Dairy comes from cows not chickens. Sad, I was very hungry and just wanted something to eat. Hadn’t eaten at Subway in a long time and I’ll definitely never go back to this location. I can’t trust these people to put a sandwich together clearly

Ordered online using the app. Ordered 2 subs, one with white bread and one with wheat bread. Got home and 1 sub had the wrong bread. Make sure you check your order before leaving the store!

Went into use the bathroom had two people walk in on me due to the fact that the lock does not work. Told 3 workes in the front and all was said was “okay” I came back today door still wasn’t fixed actually talked to two workers that were there now and I was informed that the ladies lock has been broken for longer . This scares me not just because not everyone knocks but because If a child is in the bathroom and adult walks in that would be horrific . Get those locks fixed before he becomes a more serious matter .

The only problem was asking the young lady to please change her gloves. She wipe food off the counter pushe her hair back and proceed to make my sandwich..I asked her can you please change your gloves she said a few words under her breath and she made my sandwich.

I had a terrible experience with Subway and would give zero stars if I could. Someone in Michigan hacked my account and ordered two sandwiches without my permission, using a card with no name attached. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to cancel the order, but they don’t answer, and the app doesn’t allow cancellations. This breach of security is unacceptable, and I am now filing a police report. Subway needs to improve their security measures to prevent such fraudulent activity and protect customers’ personal and payment information.

I don’t understand how they have a 4-star review, so hopefully, this helps. Firstly, they can’t keep up between online orders and in person customers. The food would be at subway level if you would get what you ordered. You usually don’t unless you stand over them and watch. Their service is out right bad and has been for years. I personally won’t be going back save yourself some time and money or pick a different subway there is a better one about 15 mins down the road.

Definitely dont see how they have almost a 4 star review when there workers are very rude show they clearly dont want to be there or do there job at all and if you dont go in there and make your order its 100 percent going to come out wrong and then they could careless about fixing it after the second time of them completely messing up our order I called them to tell them and right when the girl picked up and I told her my order was completely messed up she began with a childish tone and response and then proceeded to tell if I brought back the sandwiches she could fix them or try to give me a refund which 1 me bring in the sandwiches no that is unsanitary you dont take a sandwich that has already left the store and put on your line that is not sanitary and on top of it I called and called I called idk how many times and then the lady finally answers the phone when its just 10 minutes till they closed so there was no time to be able to get anything resolved the amount of attitude this lady gave me last night was ridiculous they definitely do not deserve to have almost 4 stars I’ve had some bad experiences with restaurants before in my life but NEVER that bad that was 100 percent the worst.
