Not a happy experience at this location or using the Subway app!
The app did not even have the address correct for its own business! 5345 S 9th St. On the app and Google it is 5343 S 9th St
The app would not honor the 6.99 footling sub deal that has been advertised everywhere after I went through all the hassle to order through the app. The store would not honor the deal as well. No help whatsoever from the staff on the issue

The sub I ordered was soaking wet! I ordered light veggies on the app and it appears they put on extra.! Worst food I have ever had at a subway and worst experience. Take your chances with the app if you dare.

I recommend not using the app. If you stop in at another subway choose to have it made in front of you.

Normally Subway is an excellent choice elsewhere.

I like to somehow find something positive about a place or an experience. The parking lot didn’t have pot holes and the structure was nice and modern looking. Inside was nice but the employees were not keeping it clean. Tables and floors were dirty

Business was understaffed. This alone leads to cleaning problems for sanitary and food prep surfaces.

To say the least I am left feeling cheated and disappointed.

My husband and I just stopped here to pick up lunch. Our bread was so fresh and soft and all of our meat, cheese and toppings tasted very fresh as well. The people running the store were very kind and had smiles on their faces. Very happy with our first experience at this location. Will definitely return when we’re in the area.

This beautiful location is under new local ownership. Located right off I-94 junction. Staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Breads and veggies are always fresh. You can use the drive-thru for quick orders or order inside the lobby for a great dine-in experience.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to.
The service was extremely slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed careless about customers. On top of that, the prices were unreasonably high compared to the quality of the food. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money and time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food and employees are fine but their wasp problem is out of control. They have nests above the entry door and drive thru speaker. If youre allergic to wasps like I am you will have to eat somewhere else because it isn’t safe here

Overall, I have never had an issue with this location until recently. I went to pick up an order for my self and a couple orders for my coworkers. I arrived and waited almost 10 minutes to get service which was totally fine as the food was not supposed to be ready yet. The problem arose when the employee told me that he had my 2 coworkers orders but that the order that was in my name had already been picked up. I asked how that happened when I am here to pick it up now and have been waiting for 10 minutes. They said they didn’t know and that a man had came through the drive through and picked it up. I told them that I was here now and I have the proof on my app that I ordered food and it said it was not ready nor had it been picked up yet. The male employee proceeded to argue with me about it being picked up for a good 5 minutes before I finally asked what the solution would be here. He said he would remake it for me this time but next time he will have to refund me. How on earth does that make sense? YOU handed it out wrong and think its easier to refund me instead of just remake it? What if I was a sleezeball and had my BF pick up my food for me to come in a few minutes later and say I never got it, so now I have the food and the money?? I just feel like this situation could have been handled WAY better then it was, the employee spent more time arguing with me than it took to remake the food. It would also be helpful if they used some sort of procedure to have customers identify themselves other than by name to pick up i.e. items ordered, last 4 of phone number or card #. Just overall very disappointed.
