I live near this location inside the gas station on Ravine, so it’s always been a convenient option, but the food quality continues to fall short. On multiple visits, I’ve gotten sandwiches with stale bread and had to carefully choose which veggies looked edible. Today was the last straw: the tomatoes were visibly old, and I ended up walking away without ordering.

In addition to the poor food quality, the employees are not friendly or welcoming, which makes the overall experience even less appealing. Maybe my standards are higher because I managed a Subway in college, but fresh ingredients and good customer service should be basic expectations. I won’t be returning to this location.

I want to preface by saying, I know what I’m getting into with subway. This was by far my worst subway experience ever. Took over a minute to look away from his own food to serve me, seemed annoyed about it, shorted the meat on both my sandwiches. Have never seen someone more stingy with veggies, talking 5 pieces of spinach, 8 after asking for more. Didn’t even ask what kind of bread we wanted, which would have been nice since this was the breadiest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. 30 dollars later he didn’t even give me my exact change. Check my history and see that I don’t leave reviews, good or bad, almost ever. But I felt suxh a disservice from this establishment, I had to say something.

Took my money, but I received no food. Won’t respond, even to BBB. Ordered on Subway app, never received. Tried to call # listed on app and it went to a voicemail not set up. Sent several emails to Subway Cares…they do not care. Out over $30 with nothing received and very frustrated. They are thieves. Worst experience ever, will never use Subway again.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. As for the people, they were polite and respectful, creating a pleasant and friendly environment. Overall, I had a great time at that Subway!

All the veggies looked old, when i say old the spinache had slimy spinache inside the container the pickles looked transparent, the onions were pink. bread didn’t looked fully cooked, no pep to their step. No customer service… I will NEVER COME BACK.

Ordered from the subway app waited about an hr then checked the app to see it says delivered but my food wasn’t here called the store and worker told me he had the order but no one came and picked it up but he couldn’t refund me my money because he technically still had the order and I wasn’t able to ask for a refund thru the app myself so had to go out with my son in the storm and drive to the subway to atleast get my food he wouldn’t refund me for food was old and cold by that point never even tired to call just putted down as delivered and expected me to not noticed horrible way to run a business and I won’t go back to this location again I’ll use one of the 6 other subways in town.

Subway has increased in prices and for that reason we haven’t purchased in a while. We received coupons in the mail for Subway and thought we’d try them again. This location refused to honor the coupons we had. It’s not worth it at full price. We likely won’t return in the future.

Ordered a sandwich with double meat and only made it with extra but still overcharged for double. No ice in the pop machine and wouldn’t refill the machine.

Horrible service, this location is still advertising that they have southwest chipotle sauce by having the sauce bottle with the others. Went there only because I was craving the southwest sauce. Employee used Baja sauce, when we asked about it, she assured us it was the exact same. We were never given a receipt. When we got home and tried our wraps, the sauce is different and not the same as we were assured. We do not like the Baja sauce and felt deceived by the location by still using the old sauce bottles and by the employee saying it was the same. False advertising.

Normally they are ok. Last night wasn’t the best and was slower than normal. For some reason the meat was on the top of the sub and veggies on the bottom. I know that’s not a crazy big deal but I don’t prefer it that way. Ordered peanut butter and M&M cookies. Peanut butter were great. M&M were so hard that we threw them away.
