i had a coupon for a $4.99 6in and my boyfriend had a coupon for a $6.99 6in meal. when i went to pay, they tried to scan the coupon then said it wasn’t scanning so they must not be a participating location. okay fair enough. i work in food so i know those computers can be really stupid sometimes. but then my boyfriend scans his coupon and it works and they ring him up no problem. then they run away to the back and don’t say anything to me. i understand if it not scanning the coupon but it wasn’t expired and it said right there that it was 4.99 so why couldn’t they override it and just put in 4.99? especially when my boyfriend’s coupon worked and we tore them both from the same newspaper. ridiculous.

The employees knew I had an online order, proceeded to make my boyfriend’s sandwich, ring him up, and then go into the back and chat it up for 15 minutes. Never put my sub on the online orders shelf, never said anything when I told them I had an online order, nothing. I had to yell “Excuse me!” For them to come out from the back and finally give me my damn sandwich.

I just had a wonderful experience buying a couple of subs for me and my Dad. I live down the street and sometimes Subway is what I am craving. I always have a good experience at this location. The staff are friendly and do such a good job. I like to get a foot long Black Forest Ham with some bacon. I usually eat half and have a nice side salad for a healthy dinner. Let’s show our neighborhood Subway some love and the wonderful employees who work so hard. Don’t forget to tip! They really earn it with their excellent work 🙂

I had accidentally placed an order to this store, I noticed right away and tried to cancel it. But there is no way to do that in the app that I ordered it from. I then called the store and they were absolutely useless barely talking to me and told me right away without even hearing me that there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. He wasnt even listening to what I was saying and kept cutting me off. I now lost $15 and will never be going back to this terribly ran establishment any time soon.
They make their subs gross anyways with no effort
Never order to the wrong resturaunt on accident because you will be out of your money.

Went in with a coupon for two foot longs for $12.99. They had signs posted to let them know if you have a coupon which I did. The person behind the counter then proceeds to tell us all the things the coupon doesn’t apply to. I know for a fact (as I read the conditions on the coupon) that the only thing that it doesn’t cover is the chicken bacon ranch footling XL. I wasn’t getting that. My friend asked for a simple BLT and was told that bacon isn’t covered under the coupon. She then gives up and just gets turkey and then when she hits the veggie station this man came out. That’s when the real problem started. She’s asking for her veggies and asks for olives and he proceeds to put 4 olives on. When she asked for more he told her no. I then stepped in and said I would pay extra. Tell me why spent $20 when my coupon was for $12.99 maybe $13.50 after tax. So you’re telling me it costs $7 for extra olives. I will never return and neither should you.

Quite confused, I came in around 7pm and asked for a pepperoni pizza. I was told they had none, I asked “are you out?” and again was told yes, and they had no pizzas. I then accidentally placed an order at the same store after trying to place an order at W. Main location. Drive to west main, realized I messed up, and then called the store to get a refund. They told me that they did have the pizzas and they save them for online orders only therefore by ordering online “I was lucky”. Their app shows that they are out of stock on pretzels and demonstrate the capability to update those ordering online. The women apologized but I feel blatantly lied to

Worker behind the counter was extremely disrespectful. Would not accept my gift card, which was valid for use. I told her I no longer wanted the food and she told me I had to pay full price. Then asked me for a tip. Are you kidding??? What a joke of a restaurant

This was the absolute worst subway experience of my life!
From the moment we walked in the guy behind the counter was short and snippy towards us.
It was late, and we just wanted food so we ignored it.
The person I was with ordered their sandwich and when asked for extra ham the guy said he did, but only put 1 layer as normal, still charged extra though saying he added it, than when they asked for onion he grabbed 3 small pieces for a footlong sub. When asked for “extra” he added 3 more pieces. When my companion asked for more, politely I might add, the guy straight said “no. You get what I put”
I then said “sir, this is subway, our sandwiches should be made the way we want” to which he replied “haha not here. Here you get what I give” than proceeded to add yet another handful of lettuce, which wasn’t asked for and said “here’s your extra”
It went downhill from there.
I’m l beyond disappointed with the entire experience.
So, anyone reading, if you’re going there so your food can be the way you like, you’ll be disappointed. Foods only made the way they think it should be and they’ll charge you for extra that they never added.

This place was awful!!! Came in got a footlong sub, a churro, and 2 drinks for me and my boyfriend. Sub was nasty and had nothing on it asked for extra things and got less than the usual portions. Asked for things on the side and I did not receive them. When we got our cups my boyfriend started getting coke and when he looked in his cup there was a literal BEE! So he dumped it outside and asked for a new cup.. when he asked for a new cup the worker gave him a hard time and kept repeating “let me see it then let me see the bug” when my boyfriend very clearly went out and dumped it, we were even making grossed out faces. I just thought it was so rude they were asking for proof and arguing.. first of all you shouldn’t need proof you should just clean better and second it’s a CUP come on you guys can handle it. These employees were so rude and did not know how to even do their jobs..
