Wow the girl jaylen has a real attitude problem. Seems to be in a rush and just unhappy. Any complaints i have made has gone on deaf ears. Tried to give this place another chance and seems to be unsatisfactory most of the time. I feel Subway needs to get maybe a new manager because I don’t know how well this one is working out. I miss the old ladies when it was ran by them years ago.

Worst subway, asked for our subs toasts and they weren’t. Called up there and the lady tried to gaslight me and told me “she toasted them”
Picture down below shows that it’s not toasted, also shows on receipt that we ASKED FOR BOTH to be toasted. Both subs weren’t toasted. Lady was very disrespectful and wouldn’t let me talk. I think this subway needs to reconsider who they let work at their place. Do better

Upon entering, I had three people in front of me the two young ladies working were extremely polite greeted everyone as well thanked everyone on their way out the door. Service was prompt.

Great sandwich today made by very busy employees. 🙂 The store was busy when we walked in, but the customers were taken care of promptly and pleasantly. And they brought back honey oat bread!! I hope they keep it for a good long while! 🙂 It’s so good!

This Subway location gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, but they served my sandwich on regular bread. When I returned the next day to address the issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, the staff — who I believe was the manager — actually questioned me by asking, “What’s the difference between regular bread and Italian Herb & Cheese?” That response was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but treating customers this way is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest management improves both training and customer service at this location.

Lady putting meat and cheese in subs was great but the girl putting vegetables and ringing out is the problem and her name is Jaylen. She first didn’t wash her hands and was in a rush, just throwing it together like is he didn’t care and I was the only person in the store. When I asked her to slow down I got attitude. I’ll be calling management tomorrow. $35 for 2 sub meals and they are in the trash and I asked for a refund and she said no. Completely uncalled for..

If I could give less stars I would!! Good thing they are hiring, they could use some competent and honest employees. They made a flat bread completely wrong and admitted it, then said there was nothing wrong with it. They made a wrap completely wrong and tried to tell us it was correct while my son in law was staring at the sandwich and the receipt. Let alone it was more of a roll than a wrap, 0 attempts made to even try and wrap it.

I really like this subway! It was my go to when I was working on Centre and now that I have moved closer to this side of town I think it will be a regular spot for us. I love being able to fill up on 8 dollars.
