Never have I been condescended for my food choice. The guy was wearing a beanie was rude and sarcastic. I thought it would be a good and fast place to go to for a quick bit in a hurry after shopping, thankfully there was a food truck right on the other side. Especially since I didn’t trust my food after ordering, but it felt safer to throw it away unfortunately.

Walking in just trying to talk to somebody. I got the cold shoulder. Finally was told food wasn’t ready was okay with it walked outside waiting for 5 minutes. walk back in and just had to listen to a rant about ,how the blonde lady who works there hates the online orders and that her life is so miserable because we keep making online orders. Never got acknowledged to my presence walking in . Just keep ranting about online orders. (Which hello!?) Thank goodness im kinda of smart and put two and two my sandwich was sitting on the shelf. That was my sandwich rock hard. But I kind of felt targeted that I got this crappy sandwich because I made it online order and I should have never felt that way. Will be spending my rewards at a different location.
Awesome sorry it was a busy time of the day but customers don’t need to hear about it. Also you can acknowledge people when they walk in the front door. It wouldn’t kill you it’s kind of customer service 101.

Just picked up a pickup order from Sunway on US-27, and I have never felt scared just picking up food before. The employee working had a sign up saying he would be back in 10 minutes to use the restroom. When he unlocked the door, he was mumbling and threw his phone into the corner.
When I asked for my order, he pointed to a cooler. I told him I didn’t see it, and he then raised his voice and started swearing at me. I calmly told him he didn’t need to be rude. He began yelling, saying, “I’m not being rude — I can show you rude.”
I grabbed my food and left. As I was leaving, he was yelling, “Don’t come back into my store.”
This happened around 6:10 p.m. If anyone knows how to report this or a phone number for management so the cameras can be reviewed, I would appreciate it. This employee needs customer service training, especially if he is the only person working the store.

When I order in person at this Subway, the staff actually pays attention and makes a good sub. They follow my instructions, assemble it properly, and it tastes how it should.

Online orders? Total disaster. They consistently forget items, ignore what I selected, and throw the sandwiches together like they don’t care at all. The quality is poor, sloppy, and completely inconsistent.

Bottom line: go in if you want a decent sandwich. Order online, and you’re basically rolling the dice.

WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
I ordered two subs and a cookie, the 6 inch was supposed to be a cold cut, and that is 3 different meats. When my child opened the sub there was one measly price of turkey and all green pepper and onion and a SAUCE WE DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR. My sub was a chicken teriyaki. There was NO CHICKEN on my sub it was instead loaded with vegetables I didn’t order. No lettuce like I asked, no sauce like I asked instead of a chocolate chip cookie they put a chocolate cookie with white chips in it. Pre ordering is supposed to make life easier, but how could it when this location hire people who cannot read and are to lazy to make a simple sandwich??? I am so displeased I didn’t even get what I paid for!!

I love the girl with blondish hair, in a pony tail. It was noon on Tuesday. Jessica maybe. Every single time I see her she’s is doing something. Sweeping, mopping, baking the bread, cutting vegetables,etc. Yes it’s her job, but just bcuz you act like the world revolves around you in a restaurant/fast food environment, Does. Not. Means. She’s. Less. Human. Than. You. Read it again if you don’t understand.

Worst Subway I have ever been too. The guy was super nice but Ms. O ruined it for me. Completely messed up my online order. I was suppose to get The Boss Footlong and got a 6 inch meatball with no cheese. Waiting another 15 minutes for the other half and still did not make it right. She was very rude the the other employee and customers. Worst experience I have ever had.

Today was 10/10. The lady was so nice, made a great sandwich & was singing along to some bangers the whole time. The guy was very nice too.
I live right by this Subway & have been avoiding it for the last year cause the old employees were always rude & made crappy sandwiches.
Glad I gave them another try today. Will be back again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time I come to this location they screw me over. Always get a Homerun Ham, which is apparently supposed to have “33% More” meat, hence why is it more expensive than just a basic ham. I order extra ham, and I am charged for it, but yet don’t receive it. Plus the half-teaspoon of mayo in one corner is ridiculous. Asked for it to be toasted longer so that way all of the extra meat on it actually gets warm. What do i get is a ham sub with 6 slices of ham, uncut, that is just warmed chewy bread with no toast. This must only be for online ordering as you are not there to babysit how much of what they put on. If I paid for it, I should get it. This location owes me money or 2 two proper subs for how much I lost.
