The employees that work here almost every single one of them seem to hate their job. They’re not very customer friendly. Instead of listening to the customer they just get into a big rush and pour the whole bottle of condiments on your sub so it’s just swimming. When you ask them to go easy they kind of get a little attitude. The one guy said it has been slow all day and then when three other people came in behind me both of them got really irritated. As a customer it makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them.

Other store are more generous with the meat, everytime I go there the service is horrible and they act like its not their job to make the food, its subway how we want our food, if we want more mayo it shouldn’t be a problem but it is here…. I would rather drive to greenville and order my food then 2 mins down the road

My review was removed for some reason. People need to know the truth. This isn’t the first time I have came in. This has happened most of the time the worker does not lie to me and they’re actually super busy inside. This is the second time the individual that is working has lied to me though The other day I was at Subway to place an order I went through the drive-through. The guy told me that he was busy 35 to 45 minutes later. Of waiting, I thought maybe he forgot About me So I was gonna pull around and then come back through so it would make his headphones go off When I did so, I looked in the windows and he was just standing there not a single customer in the building So then I pull back around why I pulled around the building. Another person pulled in. He made them wait 15 to 20 minutes to take their order mind you nobody was in the building placing orders. Then I pull back up and he asked me if I’m there for pick up or to order something and I said I’m here to order something. I was actually just waiting 45 minutes and I drove around the building to see how packed you were and I seen that there was nobody in there so I got back in line. He didn’t apologize. Explain what was taking so long or anything then when I post the truth on here, my review has been removed. The truth needs to be told provide better service.

Ptices are super high. The bread isnt always real fresh. The subs I get are reasonable just the bread always seens dry and crumbly. The service is generally friendly just theres never enough workers. If you dont mind spending a little more than for a burger it’s ok.

I order my sub with dressing and pickles on the side with the online app and I don’t think they even read the comments because everytime that I get my sub the pickles and dressing is on the sub I ask for that because I don’t eat the sub until lunch the next day so my bread gets soggy and I don’t even want to eat it. If I go inside I don’t get the coupon as s you would ordering online very frustrating

I ordered two sandwiches and both of them were absolutely beautiful and perfect.
My sandwiches weren’t messy at all, beautifully wrapped tight, toppings exactly correct.
I rolled up exactly on time for my mobile order, maybe a couple minutes early, and it was ready and the staff were expecting me through the drive thru.
The gal at the window was very friendly, everyone inside looked busy and on task
