Stop giving this franchise business… not worth the time or money, the proof is there and shows.
The food was very very below average, they have a staff of less then 7 people who can half make food and half cannot… my bread for my sandwich was literally burnt hard toast and the bread was not edible at all. The service… the employees do what they can with the very little help they’re given, and the atmosphere is still the same old depressing subway but atleast the employees have great taste in music, so that helps with the wait.
3/24/25 It’s still the same… If you wouldn’t eat it… use your brain and don’t serve it

It had a not-great reputation when I started coming here in May 2025, but I’m a regular now and I’ve been seeing the improvements made in real time. Fixed the soda machine, new LED lights, music playing most days, ingredients in stock.
If they start getting busy and staffing 2 at a time, they may open the drive-through, but it’s not doable right now for their 1 person on staff. The manager told me this directly.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Subway in Ovid, and I have to say this 5-star review is only because of Miah. Miah is a breath of fresh air for this place! After new owners, years of neglect, and questionable food, it finally feels like they have hired someone who truly cares about the customer experience and this store. Miah was friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it with what he had. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and he keeps a positive attitude even though working there seems like a nightmare.
The amount of times this location has issues since getting new owners is wild. They never have a full menu and are always out of things. Even under all these conditions, Miah radiates positivity so contagious that I left feeling happy and appreciated, even though I was leaving without all my favorite items because they were out again. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and see Miah at Subway – he’s making a real difference! Five stars for Miah! The best new employee! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place literally sucks I won’t be waisting anymore money here they have terrible service and they like to void sandwiches out of an order of two sandwiches but only void one?? Like that’s ridiculous. And then we went in to order it again only to have them be all rude and stingy saying crap like “we can only do six Jalepanos “ okay but not even giving an option to buy extra is wild. I don’t understand specifically asking for lettuce and tomato on a damn sandwich just for there to be the smallest sprinkle of lettuce and two tomato slices on an entire foot long. Not just one experience but the last five. Not just one worker but all of them. Just drive farther because this is not worth your money.

Went to this subway location tonight right at closing. Two Indian gentlemen were in there already closing up, they went out of there way to serve me and offer a full service even though they had already started cleaning up for the night. Both were fantastic to work with, extremely quick and generous with their time and very customer friendly. 11/10 great service and friendliness from both! I hope the franchise owner goes out of their way to show them their appreciation and this location will be the only location I choose to go to in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a coupon for front counter, I Explained my situation that I just got out of the hospital and couldn’t walk inside, they told me to go through the drive through. I ordered 2 sandwiches I had a coupon for each sandwiche but since I put it on one ticket she would only honor one coupon and refused to separate the orders. Then she told me she wouldn’t honor either coupon because they where front Counter only. I reminded her the phone conversation we had about the hospital and she said I would have to mentor the front counter . She proceeded to tell me she is the only employee every day…. im so sad she lied about helping me to begin with. no wonder no one goes there much and they have few customers daily. Only reason I went after getting discharged from the hospital is because I was hungry, I had a coupon, and she said she would help me.
