I ordered a wrap in app. It didn’t take long to get my wrap. It didn’t have the smashed avocado, I went back in to ask for it in a cup and the employee argued with me about it. I didn’t get my avocado, just wasted my money. I will no longer use the app but watch my wrap being made.

Food usually hits, although ever since they hired tweedledee and tweedledum everything gone downhill. If I order a combo through the app I never get my full order, always missing something. Today on my lunch I got a meatball and would’ve gotten a cold cut too if it wasn’t for those meddling kids taking over 15 min at the drive through just to ask what I wanted. Do better

My fiance and I went in last night (Monday, March 4th 2025 around 8:30…) There were 3 girls on staff that I could tell. None of them were doing their jobs correctly and they were terrible at taking an order let alone understanding what a green pepper was.. the floors were dirty, couldn’t even see the meat options because they were trying to close up HOURS before close… They were all chatting and not taking care of the customers present. The young lady who took our order does not need to be working in a subway if she can’t understand basic food items let alone the menu! I ordered a salad, she asked me 3 times making sure I didn’t want meat but her didnt put cheese on my salad… Thought that was common knowledge and again… Couldn’t see it because they had it blocked off to close up… I asked for extra cucumber as she was cutting it and she didn’t do so… I asked for vinaigrette and she gave me some horrible sauce I couldn’t even tell you what it is!! She made my fiances sub and couldn’t even understand what he was asking for when he asked for green pepper… Barely put toppings on top… She was flat out terrible at her job to the point I FELT DUMB standing there ordering from her! My fiance went back to get cheese on top and said they still haven’t cleaned up at all! As well as that she barely put any cheese on the salad; Flat out stupid!! The cucumbers were soggy and gross… Couldn’t tell you the employee number but she had long blonde hair making subs with a brunette girl around 8:30 last night. Whole crew last night needs looked into!! They need to stop hiring college students, wait til they graduate so you know they have gained some knowledge!

Kids pizzas were okay, hardly any pepperoni on them though. My sun was 95% bell peppers 3% cucumbers 1%meat and 1% sauces. My wife’s sandwich same thing with only 5-6 tiny little chicken pieces for a whole food long sub. ALSO COSTED $40 and i bet my 5 year old could of made a better sandwich! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! If your getting subway in mount pleasant I suggest driving to the other one

I’m seriously done going to Subway. I don’t understand why it’s $17 (That’s including the one dollar I tipped because I feel bad for them) for one sub, not a meal. I asked the lady to help me pull up my rewards to scan. “She says I just work here”. Then one other employee didn’t know how to do it and had to get the manager. In general just made me uncomfortable. Just for my points to expire because I will not be returning. She didn’t offer a receipt so it just prompt me to leave a review online. I knew I should’ve went to any other food place in town, to get more for my money and better food. I was debating on just returning the sandwich and getting my money back when I walked out. Also, the app is ridiculous. Every time I open it, it requires an update and I lose all my points.

Paige was talking under her breath and making jokes about us well we were in line. Very rude and pushy acted like she didnt even want us to be there or get food.
