I had a great experience at this Subway today. I was greeted right away, and the whole work area looked very clean and organized. Kris and Dennis worked really well together — their communication with each other and with customers was smooth, respectful, and fast, which made the whole visit feel efficient and welcoming.
Dennis double‑checked whether I wanted veggies before my sub went into the oven, and when I asked for guacamole, he let me know ahead of time that it would cost extra. I really appreciated that honesty and attention to detail.
Both Kris and Dennis were amazing. Their teamwork, professionalism, and customer service made this one of the best Subway visits I’ve had in a long time.

I don’t care how nice they were. My problem could have been easily fixed and they refused to do so. I ordered my lunch at 1:25 online and it said it would be ready by 1:45. I go in and they tell me that I’m at the wrong location because they have no orders. I leave and come back because I was at the right location. She then confirmed that I was at the right location. I offer to show them on my phone and asked if they could make the order. Super easy resolution. Another customer came in and had the same issue. In the end they told me they could not make my order and could not give me a refund. Wasted my lunch break and no time to go somewhere else. She made two phone calls and didn’t receive an answer on how to proceed. Super easy resolution, but she continued to tell me that she couldn’t even though I had proof on my phone. They need to be better trained in situations like this.

I simply like the fact I can have a sub and alter it to my likes and that it is built in front of me at time of order. I also like that fact an order can be placed and ready for pickup at the time of your choice. Reasonably priced. Also if you utilize the app and free membership you get little bonuses here and there as well.

I stopped into this location And Savannah helped me she had really good service and she made my sub just the way I like it if you’re in Ionia and you need a sub from Subway stop in at this location and hopefully you’ll in Connor Savannah and she will be your sandwich artisan

I have gone here twice in the past month and I order it online to try and make it easier I guess? I get the same sandwich maker every time. She is rude and not happy to be working. She should find a different job if she is that unhappy that it’s making subway lose customers. Oh well tho, who cares right? Stay away from here when she’s working. Unsure of her name, but you will know when she’s rude to you. That’s her. Never coming back here again.

Fast easy establishment for gray food Subway. Subway carries jts own so amazing and fresh all the time I would suggest training the employees and there’s two girls in particular that never smile never engage in conversation they’re all business and cold at that part so word of advice engage with your customers you might get returned faces more often.

Slow service. Food was good. Definitely expect to wait here. The kids enjoyed what they got.
