Always clean and great service. Gentleman with the salt and pepper longer hair tied back is truly excellent! He has mastered the art of a full, clean and easily eatable sandwich.

Don’t order through the app unless you want your sandwich messed up. Every time they screw up something. Today my sandwich was missing 2 toppings, and also they didn’t even bother cutting it in half. Last two times I’ve ordered also didn’t get credit towards the Sub Club. I think it’s time to cut Subway out of my routine. $13 for a sandwich is ridiculous when they can’t even get it right. Then they ask for a tip too? That’s like insult to injury.

The female manager was extremely rude. Would not give the buy one footlong get one for a dollar. She said only on the app, even when the app wouldn’t work.

Be Kind
This place is next to the Livingston county step program for the special needs adults . The staff at subway is so rude to these adults. If the students have issues as far as using a credit card I witnessed the way the staff was treating these adults. Unacceptable I felt horrible for these young adults. Discrimination at its finest disgusting behavior by the employees.

The staff was friendly, but the store was not clean. The counter was filthy, toppings were all mixed together, and instead of cleaning the mess, they just made the subs right on top of it. They also didn’t change gloves between customers so I had to ask if they could put on some new gloves before making my sandwich which was awkward. Cleanliness needs serious improvement!

I recently placed an online order. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived but the young man working (Damon) was busy preparing my order. This young man was working alone. When I got home with my order we had an issue that was not the fault of Damon. I called the store and the delightful young man immediately solved our issue and was pleasant while doing so. He is friendly every time I visit the store and is part of the reason I choose the Subway on Latson Road in Howell. Good Job Damon. 5 Stars for you.

Heavy set dark haired gal is in too big of a hurry , rushing you to order , wanting to know what you want on it and putting toppings and etc on you don’t want ! Not asking of you want it toasted before she puts mayo on it ! Slow down make it right for your customers, stop rushing us so we’re tongue tied what we want. Just because you’re busy be patient with all your customers . I would t go back
