The girl that opens the store never has it open at 9am like it’s supposed to be and she’s so unpleasant and has an attitude. She literally will ignore you even if you are standing there waiting. The food is actually decent though… my husband and I joke around and say it’s good because it’s made with anger and attitude! Smdh

I would literally give 0 stars if possible. The employees are rude. I asked for a cup of water and immediately got hit with the we don’t have no water cups. So, I asked for a small cup and she said small cups of water one dollar medium 2ish and large 3 or 4! geez! It’s not like we have any lake near us! Water should be free. Mind you, it’s an ongoing freaking heat wave outside. She could just say no kindly!!!

.poor customer service and attention to Detail i..payed 13 something for a footlong steak Baja sub….i called and let them know i did not receive extra steak…but did received a foot long ham and cheese but only needed an 6 inch.. Natasha was her name proceeded To tell me she was training a new girl on the Melts and she did put extra steak ..i should be happy she over looked the 6 in ham and cheese and hung up…. very rude All I wanted is what I ordered.. I have Heard many complaints about natasha rudeness from others choice to not listen to gossip… my Mistake.

Never receive napkins or a cut sandwich. If you ask for lettuce expect a quarter of the sandwich. There was a guy sleeping in the corner. Only good thing I can say is thank goodness we got our $7 subs back

In person or online you will have better luck gentle parenting a wild gorilla into knitting a scarf then getting sub sandwich accurately made here. I am honestly shocked at how you mess up something with such direct orders and this not a one time fluke I have had all my orders here messed up and my friends, too

Just got my doordash delivery from subway, and my receipt is correct, but my food is NOT. There is NO tomatoes or green peppers on my sub, but there is the most mayonaisse I have ever seen in my life on a sandwich. Thanks subway for your subpar service! Will not be using the Fowlerville location again.
Update: upon further investigation, I ordered a box of 6 CHOCOLATE CHIP cookies, again correct on receipt, and received 6 double chocolate cookies….more money wasted at this establishment.

I love this subway! The people are the best! I appreciate the main girls I see everyday for my lunch, are the BEST! They always have my food ready and its always right. Even when I make a mistake on the order, they are always there to fix it. The girl with the dark hair, with some color in it, is Awesome! The other girl has glasses and blondish hair. BEST EMPLOYEES! They deserve a raise!

I was at this store today 4/7/2023. I was the only one in line. The girl who waited on us was new. The manager kept coming out with food containers an talking to her on how to put them on line. All this time we stood there waiting. The new employee was very distracted. My wife checked out grocery an came up to counter where I was still waiting. Had to repeat what I wanted. At that point she had already wrapped my wife’s food an I didn’t see what see did due to the manager distracting all of us. Needless to say when we got home my sub was Correct as I saw her fix it. How ever my wife’s had no dressing an no condiments on it. Only meat. Also ordered a pretzel. Got it home an it was doughy. Very disappointed. Also the manager was very unkempt an very un professional. This will make me think twice before going again. Byron Gansley
