This is the best subway in the area. There’s an Indian guy and a white lady that make the subs so carefully and well! All the ingredients are put on evenly and they are good meeting requests on online orders. I like that they don’t just spurt sauce or condiments all over, which could make the bread soggy. Def recommend this location!

First time to try this branch of Subway and the subs were good. I good two footlong subs first an all-pro sweet onion chicken teriyaki and the second was a grilled chicken and both were good.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, EVER!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a subway, let alone ANY restaurant in my entire life. I ordered through doordash, it came in 20 minutes. They weren’t toasted and didn’t have any cheese like I ordered. But that is not what I am referring to, it got much worse once I reached out to have it corrected. When I first noticed it wasn’t toasted, I opened each sandwich up to feel the inside of the bread and noticed no cheese and that the bread was soggy. I then called the restaurant to let them know, at first I was told by the employee (maybe even the owner of this franchise) that I never placed an order. Then after he found my order, he said he personally made it himself, that I was wrong and that he toasted it and put cheese on it.

I asked him if he was saying that my delivery driver took the cheese off, he said that must be the case. I then informed him that if it had cheese on it and toasted, then there would still be melted cheese stuck to the bread. Not to mention, the tamper proof sticker was still perfectly fine on the wrappers. He then tried to say that he had an order exactly like mine (minus the cheese and being toasted I guess, plus both of mine were very customized) and that the driver must’ve grabbed the wrong order. Well the bag was wrapped up and my receipt was stickered to the bag.

I called doordash, they said they’d re-order it and while I was on the phone with doordash they called (3-way call) and he answered again and said he’d do it. Well, I got an email from doordash saying my re-order was canceled. I called the store and he answered again. So I called doordash again, they told me they canceled because the store was closed (it was 3:30 when I called doordash the second time and they close at 6). I informed doordash that I called right before calling them a second time and so they called this store again (on 3-way).

At first the guy working there said that he’s been accepting doordash all day and that there’s no issues. The doordash person said that he was looking at that very moment and it showed that they were closed. The subway worker then said “well I’m actually closing up right now”. And that’s why it says closed. They are open until 6pm. This is not even close to the first time that I have had issues with this specific subway. The worker there was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I have included pictures to show that there’s no cheese, the meat still shines like it was never heated up and the bread is soggy and has no signs of melted cheese on it.

Whoever is working at this subway right now deserves a RAISE!!! I just ordered from doordash and this is the most beautiful, delicious and satisfying sandwich i have ever seen. Literally looks like the pictures and tastes better than any other subway sandwich I’ve ever had- so whoever you are, working at this subway at 3 pm on March 31st, thank you for the most amazing sandwich ever

Placed a mobile order, went inside to pick it up, and it was not sitting there yet. An order for a gentleman was however. An employee put another order on the shelf and I asked if it was for Hannah. On both bags he accidentally put the same mans name on both orders. He said he grabbed the wrong receipt for the order and handed me one of the bags sitting there with my receipt. Brought my order home opened it and they were two completely wrong sandwiches. It was the gentleman’s order not mine. I understand if it was busy and my order got messed up, but there was only me and one family in the restaurant. Better attention to detail is needed for this Subway.

I got a doordash order and it doordash they domt have the options for “light” or “extra” so I called to see if maybe I could edit it a bit and to my surprise they did and they were so awesome about it!!!
I got to this subway all the time and the staff is always amazing and lovley everytime!!

I only gave this rating because Mikhilesh was the only person making subs and working the register. Unfortunately because of how busy it was mobile app orders got way behind, Mikhilesh I think did a great job in keeping his composure for how busy it was, and who ever does the scheduling for this store should consider scheduling a second person for Saturdays. He could’ve used the help, but ince again I think he did a great job!

Had literally the worst customer experience of my life today. There was a BOGO deal through the msu credit union with the lake Lansing store. Well at the end of the transaction the young man didn’t know how to honor the deal and there was no manager. He seemed completely unwilling to try. Found the button on the register but only did it partially. He the kept interrupting me and said if I wanted to come back tomorrow and talk to his manager. I was polite using please and thank you and a neutral tone, to no avail. He then said he was busy and hid in the back off the store while I was still talking to him. Guess I’ll never go back. I’ve worked fast food, it’s not a joy, but it’s still a job to be done.

When I ordered delivery from them they were an hour and a half late and delivered to the wrong address on top of getting my food wrong and it being cold. The next time I decided just to go in person and the guy didn’t have a mask on during a global pandemic. He also did not wash his hands before making my sandwich and while he was getting my food he touched his nose before he touched my food. Teach your employees basic hygiene. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I have worked in several food service jobs and I have always practiced proper hygiene. I wont be going back.
