editing my review again! the girl I would go see was carley, the girls they got in there now are not it.. always mess my food up or have an attitude or throwing it together like trash when carly actually cared about the food she is serving. she was my daily artist wgen now never know who I’m going to get real unfortunately because the quality and consistency has gone down very much when shes not there now.
went in this morning and the girl they had working the morning shift was so so nice. she was the only one there but she got through the line of customers so quickly and was so kind. the food was the best I’ve had from that subway! NO lazy people watching others work. super please with the staff they have at the moment, seems much cleaner and the food looks way fresher. she was so sweet despite being alone didn’t catch her name but had glasses on and braids. again so quick and kind and didn’t mind when i changed my mind on adding peppers to my sub. wanted to tip her but didn’t have cash and she was so sweet told me it’s fine to pay the kindness forward instead which was so cool considering most would have been displeased with no tip. I will be returning more often now and asking for the one with glasses !! glad she’s here and not the big red headed lady who always had her gut out walking around eating. leaving my prior review with this one so that the evil one dont come back and ruin it again.

the manager here sucks, she’s big and has red hair. rude and unprofessinal won’t be coming again.

I am so disgusted with this store. This is the 3rd time in 2 months they have screwed up one of my orders. I got to the store when my order was supposed to be done and they had practically just started on it. They looked at me standing infront of them and still made my sandwiches the complete wrong way. When I tried to call them they didn’t even answer the phone just sent me to voicemail. If I had noticed that my subs were being made wrong I would have said something. I am beyond pissed. I included the screenshot of my order and then what my subs look like. I want a refund of my $34.84 cause this is absolute bs.

Sounds like the problem has been solved. Got 5 stars with you being in charge! Stay strong, sister! Hard work does pay off! I definitely will be back to buy family sandwiches!

I come in here fairly often and usually order the same thing. there are typically only one or two employees working at a time, so waits do happen, but the staff at the counter are always polite and do their best to keep things moving. I’ve never had an issue with the employees themselves, they’re courteous and handle customer concerns well. unfortunately the management presence is where things tend to fall short. on multiple visits the manager has been sitting around or standing, eating or on their phone while one employee is left alone struggling to manage orders and customers. it’s uncomfortable to watch especially when the counter staff are clearly overwhelmed.
I’ve also noticed that new employees don’t seem to last very long. on one visit a newer young employee was visibly upset and crying which was hard to see as a regular customer. it really stands out to me that the employees handle stressful situations more professionally than management does

Last 2 times I have ordered from here… these were my subs.

I spent over $40 there last night and not only am I suffering from food poisoning but this is a horribly made sub. I paid $11.99 for this sub and couldn’t even separate cheese and had no oil and barley chicken on it.

They are also out of stuff constantly AT DINNER TIME.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I work hard for the money I have and it’s wasted when I get stuff like this.

Please do better.

I stopped during shift change and the gal that was working was all set to go after a long day!! She still greeted me with a smile made my sub while her coworker got ready! I have been to many places during shift change that have not gone as smoothly great job!!!

Terrible!!!! Bread was hard and crumbly, I was told that no one made fresh bread. I have had 3 other poor experiences, and each time I give it another shot hoping it was just a bad day. I will not be giving them another try, I am done! Couldn’t even eat the top of the bread at all!

Ordered online and went in to pick up… the amount of food in our subs was laughable.
We asked for it to be cut into 3rds and I got mine in 1/2 and my daughters was in 4ths and mine was missing ingredients i ordered.
We were both disappointed to see how small the subs have become while they keep raising the price. When the subs are so skimpy a 10 yr old 76lb girl can smash a footlong sub and a footlong cookie and still be hungry its kind of crazy. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My husband ordered 3 subs, all were skimpy on dressing and one had a hair baked in to it. Have always had great food/service in the past. The app is also not cooperating so mo deals we able to be applied. After today, we will not be returning. Disgusting.
