We came in with our kids who have never been at subway before and we were super happy and excited. The girl who waited on us was short and rude and annoyed that we had questions. She then got upset with me because I didn’t know kids meals were limited. I asked if could pay the difference and she was very frustrated and said there was no way she could so I asked to do six inch subs. She then THREW the two pieces of bread into the trash. I should have walked out then and there because it ended up costing us $40 for 3 6” sandwiches and 3 of their sodas were out and I got an eye roll when I let them know. My children are well behaved and polite. I work in food service too and there was nothing we did to be treated this way. We will never go again.

This was supposed to be a Melt but I’m not even sure what this is. Watched her just toss it in the bag and fortunately for her my boyfriend isn’t one to make a scene and just spent 10 minutes trying to do reconstructive surgery at home on a sandwich. Definitely not worth $12. Not to mention the staff looks like they can’t smile or nicely greet to save their lives. Manager should look more into who their hiring.

My wife and I ordered two sandwiches from the alma location today (3-20-23). When they arrived neither one looked like the advertised photo. And mine wasn’t even wrapped. Looked like it was just thrown in a bag. I dont recommend this location and don’t think we will visit this location again.

Completely rude service. I wasn’t even greeted and when the employee did speak it was hostile and with unnecessary irritation. Keep in mind, I was the only customer there being waited on also. I think people working in customer service should keep in mind that they are providing a service that customers are paying for, and your role is to pleasant and give a nice experience. If one can’t give that, then they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Our society has a major issue today with people getting sorry for themselves and taking it out on everyone else. I believe that is why this employee was so rude right from the beginning. Well chin up, is you keep that mindset your entire life you will only find yourself miserable.

I was there with no service with my phone. It was Friday April 26, 2024. There was 2 amazing ladies helped me with my phone and was so sweet! I ordered 2 subs and made it to my daughter’s softball game because of them! I can’t say thank you enough for being so awesome! Absolutely recommend going to this place! Customer service is the best! Thank you ladies for making my night so much better! ❤️❤️

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. We came in on Saturday February 18, 2023 around 7 pm, the girl that waited on us must need her hearing checked. I had to repeat what we wanted 4 times and practically shout it at her. She almost put the wrong meat on our subs, I asked for 3 subs toasted and one not. She almost didn’t toast any of them until I reminded her. My husband ordered a footlong and she started making him a 6 inch. Then she put the completely wrong thing on his sub. By this point we were so irritated we didn’t even bother complaining to her. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them and were very rude. Every time we had to remind them what we wanted they rolled their eyes. We usually have excellent service here, but definitely won’t be stopping back anytime soon. Might want to retrain a few ladies in customer service and get their hearing checked.
