All I’m saying is, after working a 10 hour day and just wanting a quick dinner, the last thing I expected was to sit and listen to the worker talk about 1. 9/11 and 2. Columbine and school shootings in general.. With no context. One of those situations that you just smile and get out quick. Oh, and he forgot my cookie, and my sub was not good whatsoever.

I was traveling through Vassar to Frankenmuth I come from down south and I decided that I was hungry but wasn’t really up to getting McDonald’s or Taco Bell so I decided on subway ya know fresh food. Well when I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone and I waited to be greeted for about 6-7 minutes then this dude comes walking out with a kane. He’s so high that he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying asked me about five times the same question and after repeatedly repeating myself he caught on, so as he’s making my food I notice he looks real grimy looking his shirt wasn’t clean that’s usually not a problem times be tough, but as he’s making my food I can smell the bad odor coming off of him his breath his clothes just gross. I understand that being unkept is one thing but smelling that way while making someone’s food is gross really gross. Well I continued to allow him to make my food all while he was talking away mind you it took about 15 minutes for this dude to make one sub. So we get to the check out I pay don’t tip and I walk out side to the gas pump where my car was parked threw the sub in the trash and went and ordered from McDonald’s where the staff was clean and well kept. Would not eat here again like personal hygiene is a must in fast food or any food services and this was nasty. Would not eat here never know if the guy washes his hands or not. This is my second time coming through Vassar and my second time being in forward and it seems like everyone up there is either high grimy or just slow. Would not recommend

Whoever is in charge of the bread needs to be fired. It’s hard as a rock. Last time too. Not sure what the deal is with this subway, but it’s not a good one. I’d recommend driving to millington or birch run or Frankenmuth before EVER coming back to this one. 1/10 will not be back

I’ve stayed here many times. Seems as if customer service has gone down.
Got to my room and all the furniture was up off of the carpet. They had just cleaned the carpet and either forgot to put it back down, or put me in the room too soon. They weren’t that busy, and when I called the front desk, I was td I could just put the furniture back, or see if another room is available.

I normally don’t do reviews but this is the third time that I’ve ordered from this subway and had my order messed up. I pay for double meat on my sandwiches twice in row and do not receive it. When I call about it they tell me to bring my sandwiches back and they will fix them. I live a ways away so returning my food to get the order I originally ordered isn’t an option for me. Not do I believe it’s fair. For some reason not one subway I have ever been to understands what light sauce means. Which ruins the entire sandwich. Just really disappointed.

I don’t know the names of people, but whatever two guys who were just on shift when I was in are so awesome. It was just the two of them but they worked pretty quick. Were out of the bread I wanted, but took the time to make a loaf in good time. Felt like actual people working, very welcoming atmosphere. It’s small but really nice.

Avoid if you value your time and quality. Been there a few times and it’s always slow with untrained staff. Most recently it took 10 min to make one sub and the two employees were not trained. They forgot ingredients, didn’t know cheese went on an herb and cheese bread when baking it, burned some gloves on the assembly line somehow, and were asking each other how to make certain subs and they seemed to be guessing along the way. Terrible.

So disappointing. I ordered two snack sticks, supposed to be for long…. Nope only 6 inches. Got charged for a for long sub, they were supposed to be $3 each. My husband had to go pay, there was no room for a wheelchair to get to the register and back, and I mean back out.
