The service was good, but in all honesty I am not sure why come here. Everytime I am here I complain to myself about the prices being so high. I travel for work and subway is my favorite place to eat. But why is this the only subway that charges 2-3 dollars more for a meal. Too expensive here im done with it.

#20 is an elite chicken bacon ranch. The chicken that comes on this sub is rotisserie chicken…. the chicken i got was NOT rotisserie!!!! I didnt ask for whatever chicken this is. I get people are new but if you dont know what your putting on a sub you probably shouldnt be working alone!!!!!…. so disappointing to get home and see its the wrong chicken because the “new meat saver” blocks you from seeing what they are actually putting on your sub.

And i tip $5 because i like to be nice. Not any more when my sandwich is nothing of what i ordered.

Tonight the service was inexcusable. Waited for the girl behind the register to finish an online order, no biggie but then she was busy getting straws for a former employee who walked in being obnoxiously loud while the other staff member B) was too busy vaping to do their job. She said just a min then she went to taking care of garbage… seriously??? We were in 2 hours before closing. Minimal effort is one thing but management / owners needs to address this. This is not my 1st encounter with rude staff either.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to!! 2-24-25 12:10pm. Stood at the register for several minutes on my lunch break waiting while the employees were laughing and having a grand ol time in the back! Then the employee comes out and says… oh I’m sorry! I can’t see through a wall! You should have said something! I replied by saying, why do you have to be rude to me? She replied, well, the look on your face says it all!! So what do you want she said while mocking a facial expression lol. Absolutely ZERO customer service in this place! Sad!! This is actually the second time the employee treated a customer like an inconvenience!! I would expect that kind of behavior from a young adult of today, not a mature older woman!!

Disappointed! Rating 1 star because the food wasn’t bad. I wish I could rate 0 stars for professionalism in the workplace. I’m not sure who’s in charge here but there NEEDS to be a change of behavior. When I first arrived, there was a man and woman ahead of me in line. While they were being helped, the two male employees were making derogatory comments to each other and messing around. After the woman customer left, one of the male employees said, “Yo, she was cute and you all know it.” After that, another employee from the gas station comes running through Subway to hide from another coworker that was chasing her. There was lots of yelling back and forth while they were messing around. After I got my food, I headed over towards the gas station part and the male employee, who recently tried to chase the female employee, started throwing wads of paper back and forth like they were having a snowball fight. During all of this, there were multiple uses of the ‘F’ word and others.

Something needs to change before I ever visit again. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

I’ve ordered on multiple occasions through the app, even coming to the point of writing in the special instructions to put the right chicken on my sub. Yet consistently it’s made wrong. I never have my cookies in my order as well as the subs rarely being toasted. I work at fast food so I understand occasional mistakes, but this is absurd.

They food was good but the employee wasn’t friendly. She didn’t smile the whole time we were there and made me feel uncomfortable. We had to ask 4 times for her to put more than 5 jalapenos on the sub.the cookies we bought were supposed to be a variety pack but it was all chocolate chip which my diabetic brother can’t even eat. He thought they had at least on or two oatmeal in the pack.

Terrible customer service. The worker acknowledged my online order. Proceeded to make our order while we waited. Put our order in the microwave and I thought she wasn’t finished with it. She then went on to help the next person who order 4 footlongs. She looked at us serval times while completeing their order and said to us, “your order is ready” and pulled it out of the microwave. I told her we were sitting 2 ft. away and she could have told us prior to taking the next order. Sarcastically said she was sorry. I said, “sorry or just being a brat!!!?” I’ll make the drive to Caro or Bad Axe.

For the 3rd time, I had a “manager” wait on my daughter, she ordered 2 subs.. my daughter only wanted ONE SUB TOADTED!! the manager toasted both, wrong bread, on one sub.. the requested condiments were NOT put on 1 sub! The soda machine had straight water out of the lemonade, the coke his watered down, she had only 3 cookies, everything was understocked, and my 17year old daughter said the lady simply couldn’t follow simple direction..
So no stars are given!
When does ham and turkey get put on a spicy Italian?
Completely disappointed… When asked to fix the sandwiches, she just plainly starred…
