the workers were so so so friendly and fast. went in and there was quite a line but it moved very fast and i didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. customer service was on point, clean but bathroom was out of order and unavailable to costumers even though the sign on the door said it was under construction but still accessible.

I called because I was on my app trying to place an order and it didn’t give me the options that are advertised on the app and they told me that the subway in Sanford doesn’t participate, I don’t understand that you’re a Subway if you’re going to offer deals or advertised deals with subway. It should be offered you just lost my business.

Among Subway establishments, this one’s notably more friendly and relaxing than usual, which is always a plus.
My only issues – not major at all – are that I don’t think they understand the phrase, “a little,” because whether you simply ask for condiments or specify only a little bit doesn’t seem to make much of a difference, and otherwise, the radio is insufferable when they have it going. It’s not always on, which is nice.
Still, the staff is suuuuuuuuuuuuper, super friendly here, and I’ve become fairly regular.

The staff person waiting on me was very short and rude. I didn’t even feel like I could finish my order. I just took the two subs ordered and left and went to Mcds across the road. The store was cleaned and ready to shut down but was still open for 40 minutes when I got there and started placing my order.

They are normally decent. Hit it miss on weather you get good service. Today was a miss. Very stingy with meats, bread does not taste the same. Also, it’s never a good idea to complain about co-workers, or customers in front of other customers. Not very professional.

Location needs much better road front signage though. If you didn’t know it was there you would easily drive past it and just go to the McDonalds right down the road.

Like all other quick food options these days, prices keep clumbing and portions seem to get smaller. At least subway is a bit healthier and you can order to your specific taste.

This is our only fast food restraint in our small town. The staff is almost always friendly and do a good job. I cannot however recommend their drive through. The few times I’ve used it, it had seemed to take an exceptionally long time and it’s normally hard to get your order across without the”kiosk” type sign they have at other Subway driver throughs.

We used to enjoy subs from this Subway. They don’t deserve the one star I had to give in order to leave feedback. Be a bit more friendly/welcoming to your customers. Don’t make them feel like it’s a burden to make them their sandwiches. Bread was oddly chewy, almost felt like it needed to bake longer. Will drive to Midland from now on!
