Was just in there tonight to pick up my online order got home in Mio to eat and Wish I would’ve ordered from somewhere else everyone’s drinks. Specially the Sprite couldn’t even taste the pop It tasted like a nasty, sparkling water, A couple of the bags of potato chips were smashed and the BLT sub we had Vinegar and oil on it and somebody put mayonnaise on it and by the looks of it tried to scrape it off because there’s chunks of it on the food. The jalapeños tasted like they had went bad after two bites couldn’t eat it. Tried calling and nobody’s answering the phone

I am usually really excited to go to the subway in Rose city due to always having great service and a great sub, but lately one of the newer employees has made it difficult for me to be satisfied with my visit. Said employee acts with no costumer service and honestly makes me feel like they are disappointed that a costumer is there. At my most recent visit with that employee they saw me standing in line continued to clean and ignore me for a good 5 minutes and then finally greets me with a very blunt “how many subs”. Throws my subs together with no emotion and then walks away from the til as I am trying to pay with my card and doesn’t come back. Honesty just quite upset with the service.

Came in close to closing on a Sunday. A nice young lady made the best sandwich I’ve ever had from subway. I literally looked better than the pictures. You could tell she really cared about her job which is rare these days. Great job.

Stopped in and bought subs for dinner, both the Philly cheese and the California turkey subs were great. Staff took time to personalize. Close to camp site. Convenient and very fresh.

I won’t be going back. We were treated very poorly, they treat people of color differently. They skipped us in line and overall made our experience uncomfortable. We considered walking out with no food at all..

The manager is very short tempered. It is the second time she has been nasty to me. I haven’t bought a Subway from there, because both times I have walked out. Maybe ‘personality school’ could help her.

I believe Subway is putting less meat on. I thought they were going to have fresh cut, it looked the same, and was packaged the same when putting it on.
