Every time we come in here there is always an issue of some sort haha. Whether it be attitude from the manager with the purple red hair or we pay 2 dollars for extra whatever and they put nothing on it so then we just ask them to entirely take it off and forget it because it’s not worth it lol. Well today was a new low and I had to share it look at this Oregano, this is hilarious, and this is AFTER I dumped and shook it off over the trash can HAHA

The lady that served me (I believe she had purple/red hair) was VERY rude. Her attitude was TERRIBLE. She didn’t cut my sub in half, she didn’t put the bacon on my wrap, and I didn’t get my 2 sides of pickles that I asked for. She was also very rude to her co worker. (However, HE was a sweetheart). She rushed threw my order, threw my food at me and then rushed me off… NOT IMPRESSED

There were 5 young ladies “working” but i had to change the coffee myself the ladies completely ignored the refreshing the coffee.

I’m sorry to leave a 1 star but the person working tonight said they don’t offer cucumbers at the Bradley locations in midland at least for this month because there’s too much variety. I straight up said I go to subways all the time and you’re going to lose a valuable customer. That’s rediculous. I’m better off going to a restaurant at least their quality is 10 times better.
Side note I have health issues and am limited on what I can eat. For a 10 dollar sub I should be able to get fricken cucumbers.

The young man Brett makes the best sandwich ever! He work’s hard! The only issue I had trying to enjoy food when a taller skinny male walked in and they argued out side and the man seemed like maybe a boyfriend. And Brett was being yelled at by this man. He was wearing a Coney&cone uniform and hat. I’ve also been there to and he’s not nice to Brett what so ever. I don’t think management should allow him to disrupt bretts hard work or make him lose his job. Please do something about this. Brett seems like a very hard worker and keeps areas clean..if I’m in there next time and this young man shows up again ill be forced to call cop’s. There is no reason for that young man to bring drama into the work place when this Brett works very hard. Please protect his sanity dignity and a cause of a big issue. As I left he was pushing him around while smoking and screaming at him. A lot of people heard it and looked so they moved to behind building. Other then that great subs food and service. Brett deserves a raise or management position!! Way to go Brett and staff! Friendly always with a smile! thank you for a great subs!

This is the best subway in town. My daughter and I come in at least once a week and they make such good sandwiches. I only recommend this place for our Subway in Midland county. Thanks guys and gals.
