Order on the app didn’t get the sub I order and paid for.manager was rude on the phone when I ask about the item that I order she said she doesn’t have to have them in the store per her choice as why I wasn’t contacted about the item manager say she called when in fact she didn’t ask for me to drive back to the store for so she can fix the subs ask for her boss info and she refused to give me info will never be coming back to this location again have eaten at this location. Several times for my lunch after work, or during work will not be returning until Manager is fired or removed from her position.manage also said she will call back after giving number and no call back for her boss or upper in command won’t get a refund

The way my salad was put together was a poor detail, the guy that made it acted like he didn’t even want to be there. I didn’t complain I just took the salad and left. Ugh!

Only had one type of bread made at 615 pm. Also out of onion,green peppers, yellow pepper rings, and would not give me a side of aioli sauce stated he only has a little bit left and it has to last rest of night and that he has put extra sauce on the wrap got home and there wasn’t even any sauce on it! Will not be shopping at this location ever again!

I was third in line while the only associate worked on (presumably) call in orders. The line never moved as long as I stood there. Not even a hello or acknowledgement. I walked out and ate elsewhere. Don’t go here if you want to eat.

Employee was rude as can be and didn’t care at all about my sub being good, just shoved all the meat into the middle. Food was also not fresh, lettuce was brown and tomatoes molded.

They don’t ever double toast the subs we get. They literally are just going downhill and getting lazy at making the subs anymore. Every time I get a sub from here it just looks rushed.

I asked for a 6 inch turkey sub with provolone on wheat bread with lettuce, lite spinach, extra pickles, mayo and salt. It was a curbside order because I am sick and cannot go in to watch them make it. The bread was so dry, I could hardly bite through it and there was more mayo on the sandwich than lettuce. I called and politely told them the situation and asked if they could remake it. They said yes and asked me to tell them the order again so I did. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Right as I’m pulling up, they give me a call back saying they cannot do a refund but they can give me a discount on my next sandwich. I didn’t ask for a refund.. I just wanted my sandwich remade so it’s actually edible. They said they couldn’t do that either. Highly disappointed and still hungry.
