3 young girls working, need some customer service training. My biggest pet peeve is no friendliness!! One was rude, others acted like they are above being there to work! And my sub was wrong! It was placed online. I just looked at my recipe!

The girl working there fully finishes my sub then doesnt check me out but has to finish the 3 other peoples subs then bag the guys sub who was after me when i asked for a bag.
Also had to wait 10 minutes for the two workers there to shot chatting and put their gloves on while chatting with eachother.

Never have any breads besides flat or whatever one at almost noon. Doesn’t contact if there any order issues with mobile orders. Places a joke. So be prepared for some issue. All i need to say, do better. Montrose subways better.

My sub was missing cheese, was very small and skimpy on ingredients, and the bread was really stale. You can look at the other reviews here to summarize my same experience, which means no change is being made with their management. I’m not a grudge holder with people or businesses, but there have been many other bad experiences I’ve had with this place where I didn’t leave a review and I know that also applies to a lot of the people around here who didn’t take time to post.

Not even worth 1 star, they do not care about thier customers. I keep going back but every time they mess up my order it’s my fault somehow and they refuse to replace until sometimes days later because thier is never a manager present.

This place isn’t what it once was. Ava made this place the best any Subway possibly could have been. Should have never let her walk out the door and leave. Replaced her with multiple employees who cant make sandwhiches. Watch your soup, mine had been brewing for days, clumpy, dried out. & burnt. Wish it was better.

Can’t say enough good things about the girls that work here. I doesn’t matter how busy they are, they do a great job! Some of the best customer service I’ve seen! I didn’t get any names but was there on 2/1/24 around 7:30 so figure out who was working then and give them a raise!! Keep up the good work!

I don’t know who y’all are hiring but you must be pretty desperate at the Chesaning location. Whoever the younger girl is with dark hair. Had her hair in braids, she is super rude wasn’t friendly whats so ever. Seemed more annoyed that I was asking about different sizes in soups. Because I thought they had a bigger one . My bad I was just asking ,didn’t think she’d get mad and make me feel stupid. If a manager or boss sees this maybe you should train her to be more friendly to the customers or atleast half way act like she doesnt hate her job and eveyone that walks in
