Find a different subway. They hate their jobs very least never order ahead here. Bay city subway is good the drive is worth actually having a sub and not just a piece of bread.

Want to try their new Doritos nachos?
Yeah well there was little to no cheese, a clump of chicken half of the chips were burnt and I mean BURNT.
And my favorite part, now picture a foot long line of Doritos (single layer, box was way to big for what was in it)…then Picture three (3) small slices of jalapeno. Three. How anyone could find that acceptable to serve is beyond me

I walked out before even placing the rest of my order past the bread.

The guys attitude today 4/5/25 @9:40am -9:53am

He talked to me as if I didn’t understand English and like I was 4 years old he told me I stand right on the side he said so I did. Then I asked for a specific bread and he said what is “type of bread” and I honestly could have said it wrong but for him not to educate me and teach me the right form of bread it was he belittled me and made me feel stupid.
Honestly that guy should NOT BE IN RETAIL AND FIRED.

THE WORST experience at any subway
walked into site .. asked if I needed to use app to get FLBOGO deal .?
..yes you have to make your selections on the app.. can I pay for it and tell you how I want it?
no you have to do it online.
I do that.. with specific choices.. and a direction about how I want it toasted.
sat down across from clerk.. he knew I was waiting.. NEVER told me when it was ready.
got up to check 15 min later since there were no other orders I thought it shouldn’t take so long.
while waiting for Aldo to acknowledge me I saw the rack in the corner and checked… yes..my subs were there! he didn’t even have the courtesy to say they were ready!!
I proceeded to eat .. and noticed they were not toasted as requested .. I also paid for 8 slices of cheese in each .. asked for ez lettuce and extra tomatoes..etc
when asked Aldo why the order slip clearly says these things and I didn’t get them. Aldo says .. I have a list how to make them. that’s how I make them. what about my directions? what about all the time i took to order it made the way I wanted it? I make them according to the menu .. you didn’t read my order? I make them this way.. he pulls out a label with sandwich ingredients.. why do I order all my choices if that’s the case? this has not happened at ANY OTHER site!! EVER. I order my sub with what I want in it.. not a stock list.
then he reaches for tomatoes .. says you want tomatoes..I can give you tomatoes. by this time I had already my sub . what would I do with tomatoes? and that didn’t address my lack of extra cheese and everything else I requested.
I asked for the store owners name .. Aldo says..read that sign. what is his phone number? I won’t give you that.. he will be here in the morning. I am supposed to waste my gas and time driving there? what is your name? he points to his name badge.. it’s here! and in the window. maybe he is the manager? whatever he is.. he is VERY POOR representation of subway. this is one place i NEVER plan on ordering from again.
I did not get what I paid for.
I was cheated out of two $11.99 garlic roast beef subs.
I would like a refund to buy them at another site that actually makes what you order

Went in for a sandwich on Sept 21, 2023 around noon and the counter person was too busy talking on his cell phone to even acknowledge me as a customer. Waited for over five minutes, then I just walked out. This place doesn’t deserve your business.

Haven’t been to in atleast a year because of bad service and decided to try again. Still the same terrible service, the sandwich artist drowned my sub in sauce and instead of refilling her cheese she gave my husband a half pinch of mozzarella cheese. She also slammed the oregano on the counter when she realized it was out and threw a small fit before going to refill it.

Absolutely the worst place to eat. I have eaten salads at subway multiple times. Unfortunately, the other location is closed. So I thought I would try this one. I did, and immediately regretted it. Food poisoning that lasted 3 days after eating here. Avoid if at all possible.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had
The worker shooed me away over a half hour before it was time to close. He said you have to leave we’re already closed. Only because his ride was already there to take him home. Very rude. I suggest going somewhere else if you’re hungry because you won’t get fed at the Walmart subway in Saginaw on bay road
