I don’t usually write reviews but I never have a good experience with this subway!
Ordered ahead on the app. Got there and the lady told me to pull up to the window, where I sat for 20 minutes. I ended up going back through the drive through and the lady was really rude on the speaker, had me pull back to the window and handed me my sub without saying anything. I was given a cold, untoasted meatball sub with the wrong bread and American cheese instead of pepper jack (I didn’t realize until I already had it home and was eating it). It was the nastiest sub I’ve ever had in my life and the longest I’ve ever waited for one too.

This is the worst Subway in the area. They are always slow or out of stuff. I called ahead to see if there was soup, she said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I waited an hour. Went to the store to let me know that after she was finished with the person in front of me, she had to do 3 online orders. And that there was still no soup. I tried to give this location another chance after how crappy the visit was before. Nope never going back.

I ordered the protein wrap and I understand you can’t customize them. But I don’t understand why it was a big deal when I asked for mayo instead of honey mustard it’s a condiment not veggies or meat or cheese. I think this is an easy request. The girl was very rude.
She was rude from the begining at the drive thru. She said I have two mobile order ahead of you’re going to have to give me a minute. Like okay, normally they have to wait for paying guests and don’t be so rude.

Myself and my coworker were going to Subway for lunch and decided to go through the drive thru since we only get 30 minutes for our lunch break.
There we were met with a very rude employee at the speaker. I’m the customer and I’m reading off the menu, trying to order a meatball sub with Parmesan and she rudely cuts me off and says she’s not asking for toppings and then asks if I have another sub. Which I told her yes, a chicken bacon ranch and then she cuts me off again and asks what bread. I understand they are assembling the sandwich, but that was no way to talk to a paying customer.
She had blonde hair.
Myself and my coworker won’t be returning. That was extremely rude and unprofessional with how she spoke to me at the drive thru.

Subs barely have anything to them except added veggies. Drive through always completely messes up our order so we always go inside only. Friendly helpful staff, fairly clean dining area, but very outdated and uncomfortable. Pricing has gotten out of control for the amount of ingredients to make the subs. We barely go anymore as we can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same cost or less as two sub meals.

We have always enjoyed our visits to this Subway on East Court Street. Tonight, Scarlett helped us. She is most efficient, and at the same time, welcoming and friendly! Perfect combination! (She even cut the tomato and cucumber slices in half before tossing them into my salad bowl! Wow- we’ve never had that!) Also, warm personalities do so much for the overall experience at any eatery, and Scarlett and the other employee behind the counter were a great hire.
All employees everywhere should have these qualities, because they make us customers want to return again soon…

I called at 8:13 AM asking if they accept my EBT card. The young lady told me yes I told her I was on my way. I drove 30 minutes to come grab some food from this place and when I arrived at 9 AM, the doors were locked and she refused me service. I will never ever even think about trying to grab food or contribute any of my money to this store ever again I hope it closes down so unprofessional.

Girl made my sub today was very nice. Food is whats expected from subway. I do not like how the screen asks for a tip plus a tip jar by the register that needs to stop.. I will visit the place when I receive coupons besides that their are other food establishments id rather visit for similar full price.

Such a pleasant environment all the workers have great attitudes, but I just want to give a special shoutout to the women with blue hair she went above and beyond getting her line down all by herself in such a timely manner & with such a wonderful attitude. Also my sub was delicious & very fresh which I appreciate!

I was here on sunday around 8pm and they had only one woman working. Renee was busting her butt getting all those orders out, BY HERSELF! She was pleasant and polite and the subs were perfect. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!
