I placed an order for pickup today at 3:30. Got 2 six inch subs, and both were SO sloppily made. I’ve never seen subway bread look like this. Definitely not worth the money, unfortunately. Will stick to other sandwich shops from now on!

I recently visited Subway, and while the staff were friendly, I had a few concerns regarding hygiene. I observed a few instances where employees did not wash their hands after handling items or going to the back to retrieve products. Additionally, I noticed an employee whose undergarments were visible and whose hair was not properly restrained, which is a concern in food preparation environments. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and food safety. Not to mention my cookies were under done! No name tags or I would have listed the employees.

As soon as i walked in the door they acted like i was an inconvenience to them along with inside jokes that could wait for the only customer to leave (I’m not going to repeat what i over heard) i will never go back to this location again

The guy who started off my order was very professional and attentive. When it came to the second guy who made my 6 inch sub and kid size sub, he was pretty inconsiderate of the cross contamination hazard. He was going back and forth between two foot long to go orders and preparing my 6 inch / kids size sub I ordered. Same knife, same gloves. I’ve gone to Subway for years to know this is not safe nor how it is usually done. The lady that was on the shift kindly reminded him he had to make my order first and he pretty much ignored her. This is exactly how people get sick. Will not be back.

They have always been skimpy on the meat they put in subs and now I feel like they are even putting in less but we don’t get to see them making it as they all put up barriers covering the meat section now. For 10 to 12 a sub I feel we are getting very little meat and a whole lot of bun.

Placed an online order through the app. Drove to Swartz Creek, Miller Rd location only for them to tell us they did not have the order, nor would they make it. Even though the transaction cleared his bank account and they could see that. Advised to file a dispute with the bank. A whole new level of customer service! Save yourself the time and drive to the Linden and Miller Rd location, they are wonderful.

Ordered on the app, at this location for the first time. Looks as if you have to be breathing down their necks in there to get an order right. Pitiful! I will never order at this location again. This is the sloppiest sub I have ever gotten from any location! I really wanna take it back up there and get my money back.

Went in for the free sub give away from open till noon, got there at 1030 after my friend went in to get a free sub. My friend still sitting there eating their sub while I went to order mine. Keep in mind we were the only people in the place. I was informed they hit their limit on subs when that was really a lie…. Never again will I enter a subway. Waste my time once shame on u…….
