Went in for the free sub give away from open till noon, got there at 1030 after my friend went in to get a free sub. My friend still sitting there eating their sub while I went to order mine. Keep in mind we were the only people in the place. I was informed they hit their limit on subs when that was really a lie…. Never again will I enter a subway. Waste my time once shame on u…….

Well I don’t eat out often and was going to get lunch for my husband and I. Tried using the app when I went in and asked for help I was told no I only know how to redeem and add points . I said oh ok I’ll try again sat down and I stated how it’s sad that noone can help navigate the app that it isn’t very good customer service. The young lady came unglued . She stated I’m not paid to help with the app I’m paid to over see the store. She asked me to leave I asked why and she said she didn’t appreciate me saying she wasn’t giving good service . I replied back and said I apologize that you took it that I wasn’t talking bout you I was just stating a simple fact in general and that I hope her day gets better . If your looking for rude behavior and not needing assistance then this would definitely be your subway to go to

Placed an online order through the app. Drove to Swartz Creek, Miller Rd location only for them to tell us they did not have the order, nor would they make it. Even though the transaction cleared his bank account and they could see that. Advised to file a dispute with the bank. A whole new level of customer service! Save yourself the time and drive to the Linden and Miller Rd location, they are wonderful.

Arrived at 6:30pm on a Sunday and saw the open sign was off but saw people in the store getting food. The door says 9:00pm, we went to go in and the guy behind the counter said they were closed forcefully. Looked on Google and it says 7 pm for a close time. Would be great if somebody figured out what they’re hours actually are. I’ve never had a problem with this location before and is usually a better subway to go to, unfortunate.

The staff was friendly. There was no garbage laying around. I’d give it a 4/5 for cleanliness due to the fact that none of the tables had been wiped down. Other than that, I will visit again.
