Based on experiencing the employees talking rudely to a potential customer who was complaining that his child ordered food and did not receive it because of something that was said outside the establishment:, the employees refused service until an apology was made. I find this to be discrimination and the use of cuss words unprofessional for a restaurant. Normally I would enjoy the food offered from this establishment, but based on what I have seen and heard., they have lost my business in their establishment. I would advise those that wish to order from this Subway to be cautious with your words for if you say the wrong thing the employees demand an apology before serving you. I guess the policy of “the customer is always right” has taken flight and is not used here. I am not saying the employees have to take harassment but for the employees to make the establishment a hostile work environment because something happened outside of work is ridiculous. I will no longer eat at Subway.

Website says they open at 9:30 I got there at 9:40 store was dark and the gate was open about a foot I stuck my head in and a girl came out and said they would open when she finishes with the truck in back . she said about 5 minutes I waited 10 minutes …still closed Girl acted like she was bothered to have a customer done with this place will drive to other subways where the workers are friendly and not rude like the Sandusky subway

I wish there was a option for no stars on here. Ordered 7 subs today and 4 of them where incorrect and completely made sloppy. To the point where my bread looks like someone ran it under water. Also tried calling numerous times as we don’t live in town and no one answers the phone this is not a way to do business will not be coming back.

Food is good, but store is FILTHY. there are crumbs and trash every where, it took me a while to find a place I could sit, not because it was full of people, but because all the tables were absolutely disgusting! Ended up having to sit way in the back, next to a metal box that is covered in drips of white, rotten, substance that honestly looks like a health hazard.

I ask the young girl to, make a different sub . I can’t eat peperoni, that was my sub with no cheese burned in the oven the bread fell aprt. She told me I would have to bring the food and receipt which she didn’t give me one ..I just threw it away and will never go to this location ever again 8 mile trip and I have to bring both things up here. I am good the food sucks , and service

Footlong roast beef. Double meat.
Meat was sour. No refund or replacement because I didn’t have my receipt even though I bought it within 5min. Place sucks. $17 for a sub with bad meat. Never again! Place sucks!

Once again a bad experience. The worker was rude, gave us the wrong bread, overfilled with veggies, meat and cheese was clumped up and too much mayo and mustard on mine. Husband’s was wrong bread, worker added the onions asked foe then removed them and didn’t replace them. He had an atttias though we were infringing on his time and he kept yawning like he was bored. My husband had to repeat himself several times about our order. The sandwiches were sub par, the service was rude, and this is the last time we will be going to this “restaurant “.

Crystal is incredibly rude. Confrontational with customers about the smallest issue. Leaves people waiting for pickup orders because “app is down” even though the payment was taken out for the order. Screaming and swearing at customers, has no idea what customer service is. Talks about paying customers to coworkers while they are still in the store. 10/10 do not recommend.

First she made me the wrong sub. Then she tells me she can’t give me little cups of pickles. My son gets no veggies and no dressing. The she tells me the lobby closes soon I told her I was taking it home. Then she made my sub she barely put any mayo on it told me she didn’t have any more didn’t even go and look in the cooler.
