Husband and I just tried to go there. Waited 7 minutes at the drive thru with no help so we went inside and nobody was there. Lights and everything running, a used sub paper still on the counter but no worker to be found. Walked out.

Normally not a complainer but the lady today was not very great. She didn’t give me or my co worker half of the contents of both our online orders, we didn’t realize till we got back to our jobsite but it’s too late, it’s a good thing we work with each other too because she put the wrong sandwiches in the wrong bags. Half the food I did receive was also not correct. The place looked like it had never been mopped too, maybe it was just a rough day idk but I probably wouldn’t come back.

There is a younger gentleman that works there. Reddish hair and mustache. And is so extremely rude, he even jumped the counter to yell at us over the summer. I stopped going since then, and then just decided to try again in hopes he was let go for his crappy attitude and lazy work ethic. I was told the drive thru microphone was broken. I have now realized it’s only broken when he is working.Because he doesn’t want to work and just wants free money. He doesn’t smile.He doesn’t say welcome in.He doesn’t do anything.He has always a sour look on his face to the point where my son no longer wants to return there.Nor will we ever ever again. This location would do so much better if there wasn’t crappy employee’s working there. They need better management, and need to fire that dude asap.

I placed a mobile order, and when my boyfriend came to go get it, he was told that I was contacted, which I was not. Because they didn’t have the right kind of bread and the whole time he was there. This lady was rude, ignorant and extremely passive aggressive. What bothers me the most is how she claimed that she contacted me, but didn’t and lied straight to my boyfriend‘s face and got upset that I didn’t answer when there was no phone call in the first place I work on my phone. I would’ve answered. We won’t be coming back to the subway after being treated like shit and being lied to.

3rd time I’ve been told within 2 months there was a robbery happening around the store.. 1 1/2 hours before closing. I drove there. No police nothing. Stop hiring people that want free money. Terrible management and service

Just went through the drive thru and all three subs were made wrong. Hardly any toppings were put on the subs. Also, fountian drinks needed syrup. $50 later and very unhappy

Ordered at the drive thru and after being told $12.59 was my total (for 1 foot long turkey sub, no extras!) I handed my pre paid Visa card to the extremely rude sixty ish employee, who looked like she just rolled out of bed and smelled like she smoked 8 cigarettes on her way in, she informed me that my form of payment wasn’t accepted ?!? I inquired and explained it was to be ran as a Visa debit and her response was “We only take subway gift cards” in an very loud and unpleasant tone. I attempted to explain that this form of payment…a VISA, was accepted and to simply run as a VISA. I told her to view the back where it states “use wherever Visa is accepted” Her reply was to yank the bag back thru the window, grumbling under her breath, shut the window and walk away!! I sat there in shock…What just happened? She was gone, as why my sandeich! This type of customer service experience is why Subway in Holly is always empty. Management please take the time to train your employees to recognize the difference between gift cards and prepaid debit cards and maybe work on service with a smile…it goes A LONG WAY!!!!

Was told they didn’t have any tomatoes, they didn’t tell me they didn’t have banana peppers. (None on any of the subs) plus they were drenched in dressing, through half of it away.. “DON’T BUY THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW AT THIS SUBWAY!” [Bought 7 ft logs in total, not cheap.]

Food was good but the older lady working today is just so mean I felt so unwelcome in the store. I placed an online order and was just waiting quietly when she asked “can I help u” in a rude way and I said oh im just waiting for a online order then she got all snippy with me how it’s not ready.
