NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE AT ANY RESTAURANT PRIOR TO THIS! We ordered online. We were the only customers in the store and no one came in the entire time we were there. We have NINE children and a couple adults. We allowed plenty of time for our order before arriving. Our order was not complicated. The second we walked in, we were instantly confronted by the staff members asking us in the online order was ours. We replied yes and the staff told us that our order needed to be ordered 24 hours in advance because it should’ve of been a catering order. The staff continued to complain while making our entire order! We frequent restaurants and fast food all the time with our family. When our order was complete, I said something to one of the staff members of how we were treated. She said “go ahead, call my manager. Her name is Christine and my name is Hannah.” On top of that, several of our subs were made incorrectly! I regret leaving a generous tip when we placed the order!

Dont even bother trying the drive thru, they ignore it. There is not one customer inside so I know they aren’t busy. Nobody answers the phone call nobody acknowledges customers. How is this even open. If yiu dont want customers you should close and not just ignore them. Waited in the drivethru for 10 mins and called. Insane way to run a business.

I wish I could leave another worse review i ordered a Meatball Pepperoni sub through door dash. When to pick it up, told the lady, thank you.She said very quickly and sharp “yea” .I thought that was odd. So before I leave the parking lot, I look at my sub, and there are no meatballs in it.Whatsoever, it is just onions.A few slices of pepperoni and bread basically. So I pull back through the drive through mind you.This is half an hour before subway closes….. i tell her I don’t have meatballs on the sub that I ordered the main part of the sub. She says, “I know I made it that way.I threw out all of the meatballs because I am closing” i am absolutely dumbfounded at this point…… why would you throw the food away before you’re even scheduled to close.. why are you doing that before closing time…. why would you not at least contact the customer or contact door dash To say hey, this is out of stock.Would they like something else instead of just giving them bread and onions hoping they go away…. I officially give up with this restaurant!!!

It says it closes at 10pm but in reality they lock the doors at 9:00pm and have the open sign on for a hour for no reason. Horrible service to get people to drive out to one and not even close at the right time. Management needs to look into this ASAP it’s the second time this has happened to me.

Ordered online, 1 BMT 12 inch with extra meat. I received a mess, toppings were thrown on and we’re not correct. The receipt said Italian BMT, but there was only bacon and NO other meat. NOTHING! Bread was dry with no flavor. I immediately called the store and of course no one would answer. I drove to the store and was greeted with an attitude and was told to wait until the customers were taken care of. I guess I’m not a customer after I paid for something that was WRONG. It’s Ok, I’ll never go to Subway again. This company has gone downhill quickly. They should focus on customer service instead of high dollar adds with sports celebrities trying to sell their inferior product. I highly suggest EVERYONE stay away from this location and don’t waste your money. See you soon Jersey Mike’s!

Me and my grandmother have gone to this location for years. The past 2 times we’ve gone this year…the staff was unfriendly and my grandmother’s meatball sub was stone cold. The meatballs are supposed to be hot at all times whether the customer asks for a toasted sandwich or not. It is unacceptable. This is a health code violation when it comes to meats that are not lunch meats.
