It took quite a bit of time to get our food which was understandable. The management needs to rethink their priorities as they only had one young lady there working by herself. She did excellent but management should care about her safety. There should be a minimum of two people on staff at all open hours.

Got the wrong sub for the 3rd CONSECUTIVE time. Called and informed the store that the sub was completely wrong. Not even the same meats, toppings, anything. Completely different in every fathomable way. The employee responded “if you wanna come show me the sub you’re more than welcomed to” and proceeded to tell me I was wrong about something I was gazing at with my very own eyes. Only go here if you’re into gambling, because it’s about a 25% chance you’re getting a correct order. Also ridiculously rude and apathetic staff.

Barely got waited on this evening.was in there a half hour! My ride outside called to see what was going on! Why taking so long because it wasn’t busy!Had to ask if they could please check me out just so I could pay! I had to get going! Wasted 7 dollars. Couldn’t put spinach leaf on my sub Because the directions said it didn’t come with it or mayo ? coughing and farting while making it!?! Had to just throw it away. Didn’t even open it. YUCK not going back. The other people did not look happy either with the service tonight.

Got a salad 2 subs, cookies, chips and drinks from here, didn’t receive our drinks had to go back to get them, also didn’t receive our cookies or chips but didn’t realize until we got home. My salad was terrible they didn’t cut up any of the toppings I got a BMT salad with WHOLE pieces of deli meats and cheese and no knives to even cut it myself. Seriously terrible.

Apparently hours of operation are a mere suggestion. After trying to order online(said unavailable), I drove to the location to get breakfast at 9:50am. Website states that it opens at 9am M-F. The cling on window sticker states it opens at 9 as well. Tried calling to see if they just forgot to unlock doors but call was unanswered. After seeing other reviews and how low the overall score is I will probably not return.

This is how my sandwich came, not what I ordered, not toasted, the employees don’t seem to care anytime they mess up. Every time I go into this place I seem to have a problem. They really need to look into some new management, I’m also questioning if they even have management. This place seems to be run by a bunch of vigilantes who take pride in making the most disgusting sandwich humanly possible. I thought subway was a better food chain than this, highly disappointing no one can toast a sandwich.

Horrible service. There was hardly any veggies on my sandwich. I got al2 six inch sandwiches on wheat and one was more like 8 inches and the other was like 4! Hardly any mayo when i asked for extra. Won’t be going there again. And there was also 3 people working and yet drive thru only? When the previous manager was there she had 1 employee working with her and they had drive thru and lobby open.

10-15 minutes ago. One guy in front of me we’re standing by the counter for almost 10 minutes and the lady making the sandwiches behind the counter never even acknowledge that we were there. PAID no attention at all to us. It doesnt rake more then 2 seconds to say ill be right with you. I wonder why their rating is only a 3.2. I hope the rating goes down to zero. Dont waste your money here they dont give two craps about customers.
