The girl making my sandwich before she did she was in the bathroom making weird noises and when she came out she made my sandwich with out gloves and my sandwich tasted like pee, and as I was walking out I looked in the deli and the food looked very unappetizing and looked like it had mold on it.

I always order online everywhere to avoid having to wait in a line. I would rather continue whatever I’m doing and show up just in time to get my food and leave. Any other place has no problem making sure my order is ready by the time I show up. This place however gives you a time, half an hour after you order, and hasn’t even started it by the time you show up. You then have to stand there for an extra 20 minutes, waiting, while they make everything. 50 minutes in total from the time I pressed order, until the time I walked out with my food. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid having to stand there and wait for your food, this place makes that impossible. The only thing ordering online from this subway does, is ensure that you’ll be waiting for your food twice. Once at home, during the time frame they give you. And again, in the store after it should have already been done.

Second time coming here for meatball marinara, meatballs are still frozen after being toasted. Same as the first time. Though it was just the time I showed up but apparently not. Won’t go back again. Don’t go there, Lexington is way better

I highly encourage everyone to drive the extra 3 miles to the BP Subway in Lexington instead of wasting time at the Croswell location. My experience with Croswell has been consistently disappointing.
Last month, while waiting for someone to take my order, I noticed the entire bottom case of bread was full of mold. I decided to stay quiet and give them another chance, but today sealed the deal for me. I arrived 30 minutes after their opening time, and the lady behind the counter rudely informed me that she wasn’t ready to make sandwiches yet. When another worker came over, they claimed they only had wheat bread available—even though the large rack on display was fully stocked.
At that point, I left and made my way to the Lexington BP Subway. The difference was night and day. It was clean, inviting, and everything was fresh and ready to go. The staff were professional and friendly, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive.
Croswell’s Subway has fallen far below corporate standards and seems to have no regard for cleanliness, professionalism, or customer service. I’m done giving them chances and will happily continue supporting the Lexington location instead. You should, too!

Not just this one but all Subways are getting ridiculous. The sandwiches are SO expensive and you barely get any meat in it. Just bread and lettuce (if you choose lettuce). Very thin and not worth the price anymore. Sad! We used to love Subway.
On the plus side the store was clean. Workers were pleasant. And they followed the sanitary protocols. The veggie buns looks fresh and tidy.

The Staff does an amazing job at getting my order right, never any mistakes, and I never have to wait long.
BUT TODAY was even better, Sandwich was perfect like usual, staff is always friendly, but this time the girls working here were in such a smiling positive mood, laughing & smiling while still giving customers attention and making the sandwiches.
This was awesome they probably didn’t know but I needed that, had a rough day but after that my days been great…
I guess it’s true what they say, positivity & happiness make a sandwich go from awesome to amazing lol……

Food isn’t terrible. Its subway. 2 star review just for the most absurdly managed place ever. They have you pay before you’re finished building your sub, so anything with an upcharge is no longer possible…. But wait, can’t you just ring it up separately? I’ll pay.. No they can’t. Well how about refund me, then start the bill over? No one can issue a refund today, but we can take down your number and refund you tomorrow?
Update!! No call as of 4 days later. I followed up and was told the cash was there, they were to busy to call me….you know, for the refund on my debit card, that no one could refund me 4 days ago,and they would call me “the next day” to fix.
Won’t be back, will make it a goal to keep everyone else from there as well
