Slow service due to short staffing on a Saturday night. Worker girl answered the phone with her gloves then proceeded to finish my sandwich with said gloves. Didn’t seem to multi task very well could’ve used more help to do her job more efficiently

Waste of time I had placed a mobile order had to wait over 35 minutes. They were unprepared had to slice turkey because they ran out handed me my order and the bag reeked of cigarette smell and I want to get my drink and there soda machine was completely out. Then it was spitting out black spots into my drink. I went here for a quick lunch on my work break and didn’t even get to eat because it took so long

I’ve been eating at subway restaurants across the country for over 20 years so it breaks my heart to leave a nasty review for my hometown Subway. I left specific instructions to cancel my online order if fresh bread wasn’t available due to an identical incident at the same Subway a couple weeks ago. I was told by an employee that this WAS fresh bread despite it having a crispy crust and crumbs (it wasn’t toasted) and it wasn’t even 11:30 AM. The woman at the counter understood my frustration and refunded my order. I will continue to eat at Subway, but just not the Bad Axe location where the bread on a $13 sandwich isn’t edible.

Love this subway and most people at it. But the managers are not on the same page and the assistant manager is very rude and should not be management. I have been going here for years with no problems and now with the new management it has really gone down hill. They really need to get on the same page and start caring about their customers.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I am SO tired of restaurants getting away with this. What the sandwiches look like online, on the app, on the MENU, are NOTHING LIKE what you actually get. This is totally bait and switch. And of course, it is because if they used REAL photos of the ACTUAL product no one would buy it. Sales would plummet!! I ordered a $10 “Philly”, there was barely any steak in it, and it’s hilariously different than what I thought I ordered based on the photos on the menu. How about making your food as good as you advertise? What a novel idea. I contacted the district manager, Kyle, who said “sorry, it was made to formula”. Fantastic work Kyle. Bravo.

This Subway is an embarrassment. They’re consistently behind their mobile order estimated pickup time by a large margin. My most recent order, for example, was 29 minutes behind when it was supposed to be ready, and based on my past experiences, this is not uncommon.
I’ve never seen more than two people working at a time. Most of the time there’s only one person. It isn’t the workers’ faults, it’s trademark poor leadership from the owner(s).
If you value your time or plan on ordering ahead, I strongly suggest looking at other options.
