Although this is not the usual subway that I frequent, I was passing through Milford on my way home from work and I ran in to get myself and my son a couple of subs. Donovan not only greeted me respectfully but was very accommodating and welcomed my business, he made the subs with absolute perfection and was an absolute professional. I think Subway needs more people like this. The store was clean kept up good and looked great very inviting . subway needs to recognize Donovan for enthusiastic and what a great job he did. I personally want to thank Donovan because you don’t get service like his very often anymore. Subway please take a look at Donovan and recognize how awesome he was. Thanks for your time.

i didn’t get her name but this older lady was SO sweet and kind. helped me figure out what i wanted and was super patient and made friendly conversation. the food was delicious and will be coming back! the only thing i would say, which isn’t the workers fault, is the table in the farthest corner next to the glass is beyond wobbly and my drink spilled on me because of it. other than that, wonderful experience!!

The sub my hubby brought home for me was the WORST sub I have ever had! For a footlong it had maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken, 1 (and only 1) slice of not ripe tomato! It had maybe 2 tablespoons of lettuce and onion. The bread was chewy and inedible! NEVER again will I waste my time and money at that subway. I would have rated them a minus 5 but that wasn’t an option!! DISGUSTING in every way

Drive to a different location or a different sub shop because this one is horrible in every way. It’s a bunch of lowlifes that work here and they rush through making a should-be $10 sub. I ordered pick up for a cold cut combo and received nothing but pickles and mayonnaise on a bun (As pictured).

Orders a Benissimo online and it comes with rotisserie style chicken and pepperoni. They did not even put any chicken on at all. Instead it was just a pepperoni sub. I have called twice for them to fix it and both times it rang over two minutes and nobody answered. When I went up there to pick it up it was not busy at all so that’s no excuse. I picked it up on my lunch break so I can’t even go back there until Monday. I paid for a sub they didn’t even have the meat on it. Very upset because this is all I could afford for the whole day

I had great experience, i was with my 2 son’s. We were at basketball tournament so we had quick break before next game so stopped in. We got greeted by young man that was working by himself and he did awesome making us our subs. He was polite, good energy, and over-all he took his time and made our subs excellent. I wish i could remember his name. I know it was late possibly about 930pm. I know he said he was the one closing that night.
