This is by far the worst subway. I went twice. And both times they made my fiancés sandwich wrong. I just left there today. I bought 3 ft longs. One being the steak and nacho cheese. There was no nacho cheese. I took back to get a refund and he says he can remake. Told him it was the second incident and I didn’t want more food I didn’t like. Said there is no way to refund. Here is the steak and nacho cheese. This was the younger gentlemen. There is a lady there that also makes up her own prices. The first time I came in she charged me 3 dollars more than any other subway I’ve been. I only knew bc I tried to make and online order before I walked in. But they were not accepting them so I had to go in. Anyways sorry for rambling JUAT DONT COME HERE

Employees should be trained on customer service. Went in for lunch. Had a coupon.
First, the guy acted like using a coupon was a huge inconvenience for him and demanded to know which one I was using before he made our sandwiches.
Second, when asked to confirm what sandwiches qualify for the deal, he responded that it was on the coupon.
Third and most egregious, when I asked at the end if he needed me to rip out the coupon (many places don’t and they just type the coupon discount in after verifying) he could have simply said yes or please. Instead he said, “Yeah, how else am I going to scan it.”
Won’t return. Will tell others not to give business to this Subway. No need to be rude to paying customers.

Disgusting !! Nasty staff and dirty environment
Seriously avoid this store 100% unhygienic.
Few of the major issue today:
1. Old bread
2. Expired lettuce and tomato
3. Same knife was used for veg, meat and tuna sandwich
4. Drink cup smell Fetid
5. Lemonade was out and they took 15 min to refil
6. Service staff are nasty, use handsanitixer then touch the food, use gloves hand to operate screen and touch money.
Overall the worst Subway I have ever had. This store has serious hygienic concern and must be reported to corporate immediately.

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to! Not sure if it’s actually the stores fault but more so the person working, I had to literally ask if there was meat on my sub, as you can see from the picture it’s a sprinkle of meat and pretty much all bread not to mention three tomatoes and I had to ask for her to add more after putting two on it. I got three subs and all of them I had to ask for “more” and this was her “more” which isn’t even as much as the normal…. Awful

The food was good and one of the workers was nice, the older looking one. The younger worker had an attitude when we mentioned possibly using coupons. They do not accept coupons here. The food was good and we got our order right away. The place was clean and the bathroom was spotless. It was pretty expensive for 2 people. We got 2 combos and it cost $25 total, one of the combos was a 6 inch.

Tuna quality isn’t the best here for some reason. Charges a couple dollars more than the one on Maple or Wixom rd. and they very skimpy. I get it things went up but come on charge more and give less than other surrounding subways? No thanks.

Whoever owns this subway needs to actually work in their store and get things together because the staff is consistently slow and needs to work better as a team. I personally order on the app and half the time, I arrive and I’m getting my own items to complete the order. This happens as well when I pick up DoorDash orders.
