Last three orders completely made incorrectly. Made without cheese, deluxe orders never added, all 6 subs inedible. I reached out to both manager, Liz and owner. Even though the owner admitted this last order was missing items (um. It was missing deluxe, never ordered oil on sub. Completely saturated and inedible), missing items, cheese. ON THE LAST THREE ORDERS. I spoke with both manager, Liz, and the owner today after receiving the last THREE orders made completely incorrectly and they refused to do anything. I sent over pictures of the incorrect subs today. They still wouldn’t do anything. I am done with this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service and quality. Never again.

Never coming here again. Guy is slow didn’t realize he was out lettuce when doing my sub and I had to wait for him to get some and took him literally 41 min and my sub got hard and cold now. I ask for a new one and he got very heated with him and so I just walked out.

I walked in the police was there because the employee working was accused of refusing to remake a order he messed up and he didn’t want to give the customer a refund so the customer called the police on him he was rude he was disrespectful and most importantly his hygiene was horrible you can smell him from outside he proceeded to mess my order up as well smh they need to fire who whoever is on the schedule right now Tue 12/16/25

I ordered o line and got to the store early
I stood there for almost 5 minutes watching the half prepared sandwiches sit on thr counter while the 2 ladies working there stand in the corner talking. When I asked for different food that hasn’t been sitting there the manager agreed with me telling me it wasn’t sitting out. When I said I had been standing there looking at it she gets loud and tells me if I don’t want it i can get out. I never git loud or said anything off color. This is my 3rd bad experience in this subway, the only reason I stopped there is because it was the one I was passing by but from now on I will drive out of my way to go to one with better service.
