Don’t order online if you want the right thing. Ordered 2x meat and paid extra, had barely any meat. Missing toppings from other subs. No sauce on ANY of the subs. Just poor pride in work.

I should’ve read reviews before placing an online order here. The bread was NOT toasted, the chicken was COLD, the cheese was COLD, they skimped out on both the sauces I added to the sandwich—like literally a thin ahh micro layer of sauce.

The cookies are the smallest subway cookies i had EVER seen. The fountain drink (cherry pepsi) was NOT carbonated. They got NOTHING right…

Almost $20 for the footlong combo and worst Subway order I’ve ever received.

I wish I would have read the reviews before giving this place my money.

I ordered a chicken & avocado off the menu and he puts a thin smear of avocado on it. Less than a tablespoon on the whole sandwich. So I asked for more and he said something snarky and I’m like dude, the word avocado is literally in the name of the sandwich.

Rushed me through to pay before he even finished making my sandwich even though there was nobody else in the store.

They didn’t have a customer bathroom which is super bizarre. He said there was no fountain drinks available and had to buy bottles only, which is probably their way of upcharging and making more money considering how skimpy they are on ingredients.

I had to eat the sandwich like a hot dog because every single ingredient was pushed out the side of the bread. I used to work at subway – it’s not rocket science to figure out how to place the ingredients.

I won’t go back here.

I used to prefer this location over others, but the prices have increased significantly! I just paid almost $9.00 for a 6-inch Tuna Sub for my daughter. The combo was almost $4.00 more. Never again.

Ordered a sandwich for lunch, which was good, but wanted to sit and eat it but the employee told me that they don’t allow anyone to sit. There are tables and it wasn’t near closing. Had to eat it in my car…very inconvenient.

I walked in and was the only one there, the manager came out to greet me, and after asking what I wanted, proceeded to immediately move me to the checkout line, so I was feeling very rushed already. I had locked in without any idea of what I wanted to order a few moments later, and older woman walked in behind me, and proceeded to get the same treatment, except the same when she ordered was more than what she expected because it was more than what she paid last time. The manager did not explain or reverify what she wanted just asked that she pay Without any customer service or basic decency to ask follow up questions and help out

Some employees need to be reminded of what you serve at your establishment.
When we asked for jalapeños on our sub, the workers said they didn’t have them (we could see them, they were also in the ingredients list on the glass in the store). Wouldn’t have been too much of a problem, but the workers laughed when we asked for the Jalapeños, and were incredibly rude and said “we usually only have to correct kids, now we have to say it to adults”. Imagine having so much confidence when you’re wrong about a fact. They gaslit us, saying these are “green pepper”, and told us “you should have just agreed with us the first time when we told you”. Was it because my mom was a woman trying to correct a man and he couldn’t handle that? You tell me. They have jalapeños, pickled jalapeño peppers if you need to get specific, just like every other subway worldwide. Go google “pickled jalapeños” if you need to fact check what those are. Yes, they are green, and yes they are peppers, but green peppers are BELL peppers and not pickled or spicy. I can’t believe the audacity of people to treat anyone this way, let alone as a customer, which I hate having to say after working in customer facing positions myself. It really wouldn’t have been an issue had the worker said oh we call “those green peppers here” and not belittled, gaslit, and treated us so poorly. However, I cannot believe that you work at a subway and you don’t know the correct (& ONLY) name of the food you serve. Although, judging by the other Google reviews you don’t care about how this location is run anyways. I have included a photo of the “””green peppers””” they were referring to <3

First time visiting at this location for a sandwich. Won’t happen again. The older woman was not very courteous or welcoming. I was going to order a meal till I noticed her demeanor was more welcoming with the white lady behind me. I had to grab my own receipt from the machine cause she walked away ready to help the lady behind with her sandwich. She barely spoke a word to me when making my sandwich.I’ll just continue to visit my staple on W.12 Mile Rd. who serves me with excellent customer service every time I visit there.
