Rude employee, has no personality at all. I ordered online… sub not ready when arrived, employee was making other subs while mine just sat there. Did not put extra sauce as requested, sloppy sandwiches. Definitely won’t return to this location. He seemed to be in 20s maybe, short red/brown hair. **if you do not like your job change it!

I have never had a problem here!! There was always an amazing employee, i think his name is Maxwell. He always took great care of me and was always such a happy person!! But then the new employee started, and is always so negative and rude. He always gives me attitude and just doesn’t have good customer service. Made me quite uncomfortable. Not to mention his subs taste like my grandmas bunyuns.

Whoever the guy is ( I keep forgetting to get his name) that’s working tonight is the best employee/worker I’ve ever met! His customer service is amazing! There was a long line when I went in and he was there by himself giving each customer the same excellent service, offering suggestions.
