Very unprofessional staff. I was standing is line, three people in front of me, and staff kept going back and forth bickering about little details. They kept trying to sign to songs on the radio and it was not a good experience.
I ordered a preselected sandwich, garlic chicken. The smell was great, just like garlic bread, but the sauce was more liquidity than it should be.

This is the absolute worst subway around. Everytime i go here the staff is incredibly unprofessional, always complaining either about there personal problems or having loud discussions amongst themselves using profanity and do not seem to care one bit that there are customers or young children around.
They seem to take no pride at all in producing a quality product or experience for there customers. And the worst part is that management joins in on these behaviors regularly.
The food is atrocious, last night ordered 2 subs because my wife worked late and it was on the way home. They were sloppy as usual and my sub had no meat. Never again will I go here, my suggestion when it comes to this place…keep driving.

I placed an Online Order for $41.72 on February 16th 2023 and our order was only partially correct! My Son’s Sub had so much dressing on it he couldn’t eat the second half and he needed to use a paper towel to soak up the mess on the first half. My Sub was ordered with the extra meat option and the Sub had very little at all in it! I get Tubbys Steak and Cheese periodically for lunch at work and the Subway Extra Meat Footlong was very similar to the Tubbys 6″ Sub. We are very VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUBWAY! I have tried calling the Store on M-59 in Waterford Michigan 17 times tonight and no one has answered as of yet. Unfortunately we had a similar issue about 3 1/2 months ago and we never received a call back from Management even though we were promised a call. This time I have repeatedly tried to call so this time I am using Google and hopefully that I get a call from Management, Ownership or even Subway. Unfortunately not a happy customer, Patrick

Service was friendly and they apologized to customers for their wait (which wasn’t very long). Atmosphere wasn’t bad. The portions are ridiculous though. I didn’t want to bring out my tape measure, but I’m sure Subway is at it again. That is not the employees fault. And why have a tantalizing large canister with “Fresh Tea” if you never provide any!

honestly i’m sick of this place. everytime i’ve ordered from here they have cancelled my order or told me they were out of something then i go in and it’s full. all the workers are rude and i will never be going here EVER again. honestly this is the worst subway near us!

It does have a drive through in the back of the restaurant which is a nice touch of a rainy day. Service is quick and super friendly and the order is always correct. Would recommend to anyone.

I called the restaurant, and the lady hung up on me. I believe it was the manager, and it’s honestly just a depressing staff! Work somewhere else if you’re going to act like that. Remember, you chose to work there.

Convenient spot i can always stop to, I hardly go inside an everytime I do the workers are pretty nice and professional. Not too long ago I forgot my cookies, an im forgetful sometimes haha. But we were having a good conversation and I must of forgot too. I came back and brendan he remembered quickly and explained he tried to catch me before I left. Really kind and understandable when you have a good chat, things just happen. Gave me an extra cookie from the inconvenience, and the food was also good.
New favorite spot for sure.
