I’m unsure why the food station is hidden !! I do understand it was corporate decision but what they wanted to hide?
If this was from beginning, no question would arrive but why after few decades they decide to block the view ??
Nevertheless I visited this located inside the mall, located at the food court. One person was working so it was kind of hard for him to coupe up with.
Salad area look unclean and unorganized. I tired the turkey 12” and again the sandwich was not the freshest I tried at other Subway locations. Need improvement

I would give zero starts if possible. I ordered 5 footlongs for my large family in the app, it came to $51 and some change. I show up to get my order and the restaurant was closed, lights off, no one there. I asked a neighboring restaurant in the food court if maybe they would reopen as it was only about 7pm and was told the closed quite a while before I got there and it was something they did regularly. I contacted support, gave them all of the information they asked for and was never responded to again. It has been well over a month and the just took my $51 ♀️ with no care in the world. I will NEVER return and tell EVERYONE about how shady subway is.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Guys at the counter so very slow. Here on a early Monday, not busy, ordered on the App. Waited 20mins, went to counter to pick up because it says it’s ready and had to wait another 20mins because they hadn’t even started my sandwich! After all that waiting, the sub was wrong. I will never ever return to another subway. 10/10 do not recommend!

Very bad service. They treat you as if they are doing a favor on us. They didn’t packed it properly either. It’s all overflowing. We asked them to put veg patties, he denied. The lady is extremely rude. She loved the system towards me while showing and yelled so badly. You better shut it down!!!

I ordered door dash subway today 8/24/25. My sandwich was late to arrive & HAD NO MEAT (I paid for a chicken breast sandwich). Also, the sandwich maker put as few vegetables on my sandwich as possible. This is the worst subway sandwich I have ever eaten, and the gates crossing mall subway shop should be ashamed for the product they put out today. Do not recommend.

Tldr: Manager messed up order and was rude to me because I wanted new subs that she offered to make
Ordered Subs from here through the mobile app and was missing toppings. Not a problem these things happen. I took half a sub to show them there were missing toppings and the manager asked if I would like new subs so I said sure and then she told me “you want new subs but only brought half a sub” in a very rude manner then went off to make them. And I said to the other employee and another customer at the counter there’s no reason to talk like that to a customer who had a wrong order; like im supposed to know I need to bring the subs back and on top of that they go in the garbage when you return them. The other employee told me she’s stressed and I said still there’s no reason to act like that. this is a big fast paced food court not mommy’s ice cream store. Won’t be ordering here again was going to contact corporate and make a complaint but I will be the bigger person and settle for a 1 star review.

Absolute worst Subway of all time! The staff have been absolutely horrible there the last 2 times. Tonight there was no line so I came up to the counter and I tried to order a sandwich. The worker then rudely shouted “I’m not serving anyone right now. I going to eat my dinner” Then proceeds to make himself a sandwich and eat it behind the counter. What? Then the time before that the guy was so slow, it was like 10 minutes per sandwich, waited in line for about 40 minutes when all of a sudden he goes “ok I’m done. We are closing early” and left a line a customer who had been waiting forever.

I recently visited the Subway location at Great Lakes Crossing Mall and was shocked by the rude customer service I received. The staff seemed completely uncaring and uninterested in helping me with my order. When I politely asked for a modification to my sandwich, I was met with a sigh and a dismissive attitude. The employee seemed put off by my request and didn’t even bother to apologize or offer a solution. The lack of customer service skills and general apathy displayed by the staff was disappointing and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, which was clearly not provided.
Unless the management takes steps to address these issues, I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone.
