If you order from this location with any kind of a coupon or deal (offered by Subway on the App) the owners, who are the only two working, will barely put any toppings/ingredients on your sandwich. When asked to add a reasonable amount of anything they start arguing between one another because the sandwich wasn’t purchased at normal menu price. The woman working argued that it was “a $6.99 sub” and refused to add more lettuce, onion, or jalapeño.

The guy was so rude and disrespectful! Claimed they have no roast beef because I used a coupon! Then proceeded to rush me out and literally looked me in the face infront of a lobby of customers and says (don’t come back) I wish I was lying the lady next to me was like I hope that wasn’t to you…so rude!! The lady behind with him was nice but him just a disgusting human! Reporting this location they steal he kept trying to charge me more than the coupon and refused certain meats you can get! Pitiful! Meat quality was horrible calling the health department as well!

This is the saddest Subway to ever go to the owner is not a nice guy. He’s very tight on giving you vegetables that he wants to sell you. And he’s not polite. I would never go there again. I have never been so insulted in my life. I feel sorry for his wife.

I received Subway coupons in the mail so I took the family there for dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to place an order here because they wouldn’t accept the coupon. We wanted Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki subs. They said the coupon was just for regular ham and turkey subs. This is just not true, if you read the fine print on the coupon, I attached a picture of it to this review, the only exclusions listed are “foot long snacks, Big Hot Pastrami, The Beast, and The Garlic Roast Beef sub.” Interestingly, the guy in front of us tried to use a coupon as well but they gave him reasons they wouldn’t accept it. I gathered up my family and we left, determined to not give them any of our business. They’re cheap and willing to lie to their customers about valid coupons. I’d stay away if I were you. They’re under new management and it’s not a positive change for this location.

I had a great experience at the Subway in Shelby Township, Michigan. I ordered the Italian B.M.T., and it was made perfectly — fresh bread, quality meats, and loaded with all the veggies I like. Everything tasted super fresh and well-balanced.
What really stood out was the excellent service. The employee who helped me was friendly, efficient, and really seemed to care about getting everything just right. It made the visit quick, easy, and pleasant.
The store was also clean and well-organized, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be back — great food and great customer service!

I come here just about everyday for lunch, I work at the body shop down the street. The people here who run it are very kind. The store is very clean, and always has what I need in stock. I like the rotisserie chicken subs the most.

$15 for a pathetic, skimpy sandwich? Subway should be embarrassed. Since the new owner took over, this place has turned into nothing but a money grab — stingy portions, sad-looking ingredients, and zero pride in what they serve. Absolutely nothing here justifies the price. Every visit fills me with disappointment and regret — which is a good thing, because at least I’m full of something, since it sure isn’t food. The only reason I kept coming back was convenience because I work next door, but at this point I’d rather skip lunch than waste another dollar here. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else — you’ll spend less, get more, and actually feel like you ate a real meal.

Subway is a a restaurant for a quick sandwich/sub and a healthier option than other fast food restaurants. I also recommend their cookies. They are always soft and delicious.
If you buy one cookie it will cost $0.79 plus tax. If you buy three you will save a little change and it will only cost you $2.29 plus tax. In Michigan with 6% tax rate, it will cost $0.84, and $2.43 respectively.
I bought three cookies and they asked me for a tip this time, so left them a $0.43 tip. The total charge was $2.86, this included the tax and tip.

I am a teenager and I went by myself to go get food here by my bike. The guy that serviced me was very unsettling. I arrive to the store with the guy repeatedly asking me if I will come back and when I will come back, and when I left, he left the counter and stared at me as I left. He signaled everybody outside on break to watch me leave.

Sooooo I walked into the building at 3:30pm and no one was in the building. I waited because I figured someone would eventually come up (assuming they went to the bathroom). I waited about 10 minutes and no ever came to front. I noticed a car on the outside of the building with the door wide open and feet sticking out. So I called the cops they came within 5 minutes and inspected the building and no one was in there. I pointed out the car and he went checked, the employee (some Indian man) was in the car sleep. He came back in the building very disoriented (obviously) and kept looking outside at the police. He spoke barely any English and I even asked for management and he barely understood me. This location used to be great, but I would recommend to never come here. It was an awful experience.
