Just got off work and decided to stop at subway and grab food for dinner. Long story short my wife’s sandwich was made wrong. The steak and bacon were almost raw. So I took the sandwich back to subway and spoke to the lady that made it. She was rude as hell. Offered to warm it back up for me even though no one is aloud to touch the food after its been handed across the counter. That’s been law since covid. I have worked fast food off and on for years. The way she acted when I asked to speak to her manager. She goes “i am the manager and that’s all we can do”. Tried reasoning with her then told her she was getting a poor review and needed to learn how to act like a manager and learn to do her job right. The way everyone that works fast food or any food service job as of late has been atrocious. Must be nice to have a job where you don’t have to do anything in the job description and still get paid. Would never go back here and would tell others you’d be better off making it at home yourself. Atleast you won’t get sick or worse. For the record the only reason I am leaving said review is because that’s how I was treated after spending 80 dollars on 3 sandwiches and drinks. A bit expensive for that lack of service and oh I don’t know how hard is it to be pleasant and do your job. Good luck to anyone that attempts dinning here.

A lady made me and my boyfriends food and she broke my sub in half trying to close it, all my toppings fell out and I was visibly upset and she would not stop asking what was wrong so finally I told her then she shoves the sub closer to me and told me to tell her what to fix it was also a order I placed online the store was completely empty when I got there but I ended up waiting 20 minutes past my pickup time because she was on FaceTime with her boyfriend she kept telling me “smile and be happy don’t be sad” I was irritated and wanted my food and it was not made correctly. I’m actually so upset with the service today.

Attached are pics of what I received tonight when I picked up my order after waiting for an hour. I wish I would have taken a picture of the inside of the bag showing the glops of intermingled sub smeared all over because nothing was wrapped properly.

Nothing was made as ordered. The footlong meatball sub had four meatballs on it and for some reason was packed with cucumber?!?!? The chicken bacon and ranch subs had pieces of grey looking chicken and strips of bacon that looked undercooked. The lettuce on all of them looked questionable. Actually the subs themselves look pretty questionable, like they were scooped up off the floor after being dropped. I was afraid someone would get sick so I threw them away. I will not be patronizing Subway again.

Ordered from doordash and there’s blonde hair in my food. Black ham 6 inch sub. Took a strand of my hair out from my head and its not my hair. Spending almost 40 dollars on 2 6 inches and cant even eat one because of the hair. Also was not given the side for either of those orders. BS

The classic online order slop. Didn’t warm the meat, didn’t cut footlongs in half, most of the veggies aren’t even in the sub. For the price ($16!) the sub should be perfect. You didn’t even try man. After not having subway in years, I understand why. Literally just disappointing. I thought ordering online would be better for you because I had my wife and kids. I was wrong. You took advantage of me not being there. Thanks for the salad I guess

Before I leave a review I wanna say the service is excellent…they are very customer friendly …but making a sandwich can’t be that hard!! I mean really…I ordered a chicken teriyaki and the sandwich was a disaster!!! Bread was ripped vegetables and the chicken was falling out as soon as I opened it…I should’ve asked for a bowl instead cause he basically gave me that wrapped in paper!! Y’all need to train these kids the right way and stop throwing them in there just to fill a shift,,,cause people spend money expecting quality shit!!! Last time going there just throw the whole food chain away

Very dirty place , the meats have been left out for more than 2 days , the veggies were old and turning yellow. & the cookies were hard as a rock, don’t come to this location if you want fresh food.

All the vegetables are not good to eat.
When I decided to get a drink, I took the cup and put ice in it.

Twice I came here, both times through the drive thru, and both times I did not tip because what is the point to tip when I’m already paying $25 for a sandwich, and both times they did not add my $4 additional bacon which is also ridiculous to charge that much for 2 strips, however, they were 2 strips of which I did not receive.

Went in for lunch today, purchased my food. One of the workers had an issue getting a lightbulb out, I offered my assistance. . Dawn was her name. Not sure if she was a worker or a manager, but very friendly and just a lovely person. Before she left, she offered me a gift card towards my next purchase of food. She didn’t have to, but just shows what a great person she is. These are the kind of workers you like to see dealing with customers.
