Just so you are aware the hours are wrong here. I came to order at 8:35am and online said open….i go in and they don’t open until 9:30…update this.

I have never had an issue at this place, customer service here is usually amazing. Ive had plenty of talks with where Im laughing with the workers, making them laugh, ect. There was a worker who had an earbud in, I have nothing against earbuds. I personally also perform better with music, however she is on the phone. She messed up my man’s sandwich after he just said he wanted a footlong instead of the 6 inch sandwich. She grabs the 6 inch, is actively talking on the phone, and then goes back to my order after it got done toasting. I corrected her, all I said was “He asked for the footlong” and the other guy took over instead so the issue was over with. She gets done with my sandwich, and she goes into the back and is speaking hush on the phone. Just because I cant hear what you’re saying does not mean I am not aware you’re talking shit, I can see you glaring at me all because I corrected your mistake. I was respectful the whole time, so I don’t see the issue. This happened at around 3:20 pm on 2/13/26.

Food was good and the staff was professional with the service they provided. I ordered a steak and cheese sub sandwich. The subway sandwiches are healthier than many fast food restaurants and they are very tasty. You get a variety of vegetables items to put on your sub. The price is reasonable.

I had such a great experience at this Subway, all thanks to Charie! I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about stopping in since it’s connected to a gas station, but I’m so glad I did. Charie was absolutely amazing—super friendly, relatable, and smiling the whole time, even though it was the end of the night and she was getting ready to close. Her energy and customer service really stood out and made the whole visit enjoyable. Because of her, I’ll definitely be back!

If your corporate, you should be able to accept coupons. The van born and Wayne location has the website just like any other corporate cite. I’m not mad that it wasn’t accepted. When your tight on cash, coupons come in handy. Just confused when it’s a corporate location matching the website.
