I went there today 27/APR/24 to get me a sandwich and the guy working there asked me if I wanted to send something and I was like “send it bro… Foot long chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce”. He was like “what are u talking about?” This is a UPS store. Long story short I didn’t get a sandwich. Really bad experience.

Food was absolutely disgusting. My daughter picked my wife and i subs up last night when she got home the bread was soggy on both and my chicken had gristle in it. I had 1 small piece of bacon on a full size sub. It was later last night where the wind chill was in the negative. I wasnt going to go back so i tried calling with no answer several times took subs back today and they refused to make it right. They said i had to have reciept which i explained my daughter picked them up and nobody answered phone when i tried calling. He said he had to call manager to see and was denied without even asking what the problem was so we wasted 2 subs they showed no concern
Will never go back and take my business to more quality sub shops. I have never tried returning food before i have always just ate it but these were a joke.

Closes at 10 according to google maps and the sign on the door, it’s 9:05 and as I’m walking toward the door the girl sweeping the floor closes the door in my face and locks it ….. nice. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. Don’t make much Business sense to close even at 10:00 when your biggest customer Ford Motor Company 1 mile down the street goes on lunch at 10:30.

My wife stopped to get her and I subs. She got home, only 5 minutes after getting the subs and my sub was thrown together, fell apart when I opened it, and the bread was very soggy. My wife’s sub had all the same things plus she asked for black olives and didn’t watch the guy (she shouldn’t have to) and seriously there were at least 75-100 olives on a six inch. It was discusting. If you can’t handle doing a simple job like making subs then get a different job. This level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Thank you for being a skidmark on America’s underwear.

i asked for the “chipotle steak & cheese” that was on the poster infront of the location and the rude employee looked at me like i was stupid and said “we dont sell cheese cake here” i then pointed to the poster to which she said “i dont see any poster”. she gave me a really hard time, was extremely rude and uninformed. mind you she had also yelled at the older lady that placed her order before me.

We were greeted with a hello as we walked in the door. Danielle was very friendly and very efficient, especially with 3 footlongs . All subs were made correctly, marked and tasted GREAT!!!Thanks for a great lunch.

My daughter went there with some of her track team and the ladies were really rude to her. She was splitting a sandwich with a friend and she asked for onions on only half the sandwich, they put it on the whole thing. After which they told her to pick off the onions from the other half. While she was getting her money the lady told her to hurry up and that she wasn’t moving fast enough.

Says it closes at 10 but it’s 8:45 right now when I pulled up. There’s two guys inside just laughing and not even saying they’re closed. I can’t believe they would close an hour early? That makes no sense. Taking my business elsewhere.

I go there 15 minutes before closing tonight for my elderly grandmother and the girl that was helping me was so rude I was about to just leave and go somewhere else to get something to eat. Every time I went to tell her what I wanted on the sandwiches she rolled her eyes and had nothing but attitude. I will never be back to this location. Ever!!!
