I just ordered dinner for my husband and I….let it be known we go to this location at least once a week if not more….I just had the worst customer service ever!… obviously a new hire.but…what she did was very unsanitary!… I ordered 3 subs 1 for me and 2 for my husband..1 of his was an Italian BMT… she asked what condiments I wanted…they always ask that last…I proceeded to tell her light lettuce and she refused to put it on until I told her the condiments…so I said okay mayo…but light on the mayo…she covered that sandwich with the biggest glob I have ever seen…I just looked at her and said absolutely not…that is wayyy to much…she started to scrape it off with her fingers!!!!!!… her coworker told her to take a knife and scrape it off…she tried and couldn’t do it so instead she picked up a whole slice of ham and threw it away…as I’m watching in shock…she still left a huge blob of mayonnaise on one side…replaced the piece of ham she threw away and smeared the remaining mayo all over the sandwich with the piece of meat….then like nothing was wrong said…sides???… I said light lettuce and grabbed a huge handful and put it on the sandwich!!!… thank God her coworker finished the last 2!… if my husband wouldn’t have really wanted subway i would have walked out!!!!.. that girl should NOT be in food service anywhere…or properly trained!!!

Usually don’t have many issues here, unless I use the app. Very rarely app orders are made correct or fresh.
I ordered the Sweet Onion Steak Teriyaki Sub, it was probably the worst sub I’ve ever had. Looked like it was made in a rush on a day they weren’t busy. It’s supposed to have green peppers, red onions, steak and cheese.
All it had was the steak, cheese, sauce, and maybe one little red onion, it completely lacked the other toppings it was supposed to have. The sloppy sub onion tasted like sweet onion teriyaki and cheese, it was horrid. I even contacted Subway directly about it, got absolutely no reply. If you’re going to go here, go in person so you can watch them make it, otherwise they don’t know what they’re doing, I don’t recommend you use the app, even if it’s for convenience unless you wanna risk your meal tasting terribly. I had to use the app because I only get a 30 minute break, and wouldn’t have time to eat if I drove there to order it, then drove back.

I ordered 3 footlongs and nachos.
Instead of the Boss (meatball) I got the Beast(coldcuts). Discovered it at home, had to go all the way back. Young woman behind counter was very nice and apologetic. Neither employee knew how to adjust bill. Had to call boss. I felt I should get the $5.00 nachos free. No way. Even though I had to come all the way back to store, wait for 6 people to get their subs and wait for boss to answer phone. I also ordered terriacki chicken sub. Used to love them. No longer made with chicken strips soaking in sauce, it is made with processed cubed chicken. Horrible tasting. I threw half of my half along with the other half away. I won’t be eating at Subway again. Wasted $50.00.

Staff is great, the ingredients are good (some subways have questionable looking veggies), and store is always clean.

Biggest complaint is the pop machine – I dunno if the syrup to carbonated water ratio is off, but both times I tried pop from here it tasted like diet coke with ice that sat in your car in the summer and went flat.

But again, everything else is solid. Clearly the store is managed by and owned by people who want repeat customers and don’t make the common business mistake of being penny wise but dollar dumb.

Placed order online today and picked it up within minutes. One of the best subs I have had from subway in a long time! Compliments to the guy working this AM around 945AM! Sub was delicious!

I know everyone likes to do online ordering for food, but when someone walks into the establishment someone should acknowledge their existence while your head is down making online orders. ALSO I believe you should help the customer in front of you before turning around and grabbing 2 more breads to start another order. Not a friendly place to go to.

We had a real nice experience here today! We went to pick up dinner after school. One kid wanted pizza, the other wanted a turkey sub. And I got a veggie sub with the veggie patty, which I am finally now eating. Not many locations have that veggie patty, so it was nice to see they had it here. It’s so good! The staff today were real friendly and fast. Thanks, Subway Milan!
