I online ordered subs for me and my family. I guess they ran out of ingredients because they barely put any toppings on all four of our subs, gave us the wrong breads ordered and didn’t add extra meat to one of our subs. This location is usually good, so I’m not sure what happened? Absolutely rediculous.

They only had 2 kinds of bread available, so I picked one that I didn’t initially want. Halfway through making my sub and upon taking my partner’s order they told us they didn’t have steak, which is what he wanted to order. Ended up walking out due to lack of options which the person at the store said was due to “remodeling” and tried to guilt us into staying & paying because he had started building my sub (though with options I wanted unavailable). No signs stating that they were out of stock of anything, only informed when you try to order it.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old Grandpa. He LOVES Subway. I mean he is there multiple times a week. He had such a fantastic experience at this one last weekend. The workers were so kind to him and patient and he could not stop talking about it. I have to give credit and thanks to anyone who treats him good!

I went from 5 stars to 1 star with new owners. I have made two visits with new ownership and both experiences were bad. The staff is not friendly and inexperienced. They skimp on everything, especially the meat. They don’t understand simple instructions. I ordered a 6″ sub, he fixed a 12″. Asked for 5 jalapenos, got 12. Veggies not fresh, look day old. Back to Potbelly I go..

Our visit was a great experience. My friend & I were unaware the buy one get one deal was through the app only. The manager took care of us without asking. I had the #17 meal, beef with garlic aioli sauce. It was very tasty!

First time going here and will definitely be the last . Everything about my order was wrong. The bread I asked for , how it was rung up and Not to mention, there was literally a bite worth of chicken on my chicken, bacon, ranch sub. It’s like they weren’t even listening.

Extremely stale bread, food is not fresh. It used to be delicious for a quick bit. I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. New owners are not cleanly either.

This place used to be my jam! I’d go here before my shift, talk to the crew, get my sandwich and be on my merry way. Now that everyone that used to be there has been transferred out the new workers are lacking in their sandwich skills. When I buy a sub, there’s been missing meat, hardly any veggies, maybe a slice of cheese for a 6″. This has remained consistent the past 3 times I have gone and never would have happened with the old crew. I am disappointed and will not be returning.
