I ordered 8 foot long subs for workers & each sub was totally different from the others. The preparer did a great job with keeping the orders correct by following a prepared list with names and & their orders. Even though I had to tell the preparer step-by-step what went on each sandwich, he had a system where mistakes was minimized. It was a good experience.

I will not repeat the story AGAIN, since I’ve already told you on the phone about it multiple times and I know the situation is already documented. This happened over five weeks ago and I have yet to receive any call from the owner of this specific franchise. Corporate keeps saying that the owner said that he has attempted, but he absolutely has not. I have tried to call the store myself multiple times and a man named “Cotrell” or something sounding similar often answers the phone. The most recent time I asked for the owner and he just said no so I asked who I was speaking with, he became immediately irritated and refused to give me his name, asking “who this” instead. This is NOT how you run a business. I am sick and tired of contacting you, only to receive NO CALL from the owner or regional office! I have contacted you directly 6 times now, on top of contacting the store 4 times. Why aren’t you taking responsibility for this situation? Why are you allowing an owner to say that he contacted a customer with no proof to back up his claim? All I wanted was the two subs that were messed up made over again that day. I was so rudely treated, told that I was a liar and hung up on after asking for the owner on that initial day. I want my entire amount back now, which is $42.12. I had to just eat the cost on $15 worth of food wasted, and I’ve had to call and call and call and call about the same thing. I want a solution now!! Stop giving me the runaround! I like Subway and I’m starting to think that you’re just money hungry and could care less about how people are treated in your stores. This has gone on for FAR TOO LONG and you could easily resolve it yourself by offering me a solution!! I just wanted to swap out subs and it’s come to this!

There was only one person working. Which was a problem. It was really busy, but, she gave great customer service. We felt bad for her. She is alone often.

Don’t really like going to this one, compared the other subways they are really skimpy on your meat. It’s to the point where you can’t believe it. I’ve asked them about it and they just say it’s the correct amount but I have been to many location and none of them do this. It’s a waste of money honestly!

Horrible parking lot, not very friendly, decent size portion on sandwiches, clean inside, wouldn’t accept Subway Survey coupon from the back of the receipt.
