Today, December 27 at 10:45 PM, I visited the place and unfortunately had a very bad experience.
The girl making the sandwich looked like she was forced to be there — her attitude was careless, she looked annoyed, and the food was put together in a very rough way.
Customer service matters a lot, and this experience really ruined it for me.
I will definitely not be coming back.
Please train the staff to be more welcoming and at least smile when dealing with customers.

I’ve been wanting to try the Footlong Nachos. I was also told by someone that you couldn’t customize them. When I stopped in, the young lady actually OFFERED to customize my nachos for me! The wise man she was working with kept me laughing the whole time I was there! I recommend this location for everyone.

I walked in and decided not to eat here because it was just…gross. I don’t know any other way to put it. I guess, you know, when you walk into a room where, say, a murder suicide took place? It just doesn’t feel right? This place just didn’t feel right.
The two young people working were really nice, although besides these two workers there was nothing young about this place. This building without a doubt has had zero renovations or updates done to it. The dining room area was a mess. Also, it kind of smelled like feet.
I used the bathroom before I left and it was disgusting. Just old and outdated and it needed a major facelift, for real. There’s a bulletin board in the bathroom with graffiti scratched on it that looked like it had been there since the early ’90s.

I visit this location frequently. Usually service is great but yesterday there was a young lady working who basically threw the meat and cheese on the subs and also picked up dirty rag with gloves on and went straight to making subs. I really wanted to just walk out and never return ,but I’ll just fine another location. However the owner is the sweetest!
